Who can enter the Bushells Highest Tea 2023 promotion?

The promotion is open to Australian residents who are 18 years and over, and residing in NSW and QLD.

When can they enter the promotion?

They can enter the promotion between 20/06/2023 at 09:00 am AEST and 19/08/2023 at 11:59 pm AEST.

How can they enter the promotion?

To enter, they must:
a) purchase any Bushells tea product from any store within Australia which sell Bushells tea products.
b) visit https://www.bushellshightea.com.au, follow the prompts on the Promotion entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form with required personal details as requested along with a copy of proof of purchase.
c) answer the question: "Tell us in 25 words or less why you're a true blue Bushells fan?".

What can they win?

Winners can win a ticket to the Bushells Highest tea event, held in Sydney on 15th September 2023. The prize includes:
- 1x Sydney Harbour Bridge climb tour (3hrs) for each winner plus guest
- 1x Morning Tea at ‘Lukes Table’ restaurant (2hrs) for each winner plus guest
- For QLD winners, return economy plane tickets departing Brisbane and one (1) nights accommodation at a hotel in Sydney.

How many winners will there be and what is the total worth of the prize?

There will be 6 winners. The total prize pool is AUD $6000, with each prize valued at less than AUD$1000.

Are multiple entries permitted?

Yes, multiple entries are permitted. However, there is a limit of one (1) entry per receipt or proof of purchase and each entry must be completed and submitted separately.

What happens to unclaimed prizes?

Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on 28/08/2023 at 1pm AEST. The winners of the redraw must claim their prize within one week of being notified.

Who cannot enter the promotion?

Employees and their immediate family members of the Participating Venues, agencies/companies directly associated with the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoters, businesses involved in determination of winner/s for the Promotion, businesses involved in the management of the Promotion, any organization benefiting from the Promotion, the Promoters’ distributors, suppliers, subsidiary companies/businesses and associated companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.

Are there any conditions for claiming the prize?

Yes, each entrant must satisfy the Sydney Harbour Bridge climb health safety and medical requirements before claiming the prize. The winner (or their legal representative) may be required to sign a legal release prior to receiving the prize.
