Win a Bucket List 4WD Northern Territory Adventure - 1, WIN A 2023 4WD CAMPERVAN HIRE IN THE NORTHERN TERRITORY is a giveaway that
runs from 21st December 2022 - 1st February 2023.
2. Information on how to enter this competition and the prize form part of these Terms
and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms
and Conditions.
THE PROMOTER
3. The promoter is Tourism Holdings Limited (thl), based at 83 Beach Road, Auckland,
1010, New Zealand. (09) 336 4243.
4. Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time
and change these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice to any participant, if this is
necessitated by unforeseen circumstances beyond Tourism Holdings Limited (thl)'s
reasonable control.
ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
5. The competition is open to Australian residents.
6. There is one entry per person
7. Employees and families of the Promoter or the prize suppliers or any of their agencies
associated with the competition are not eligible to enter. This includes a spouse, de-facto
spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption.)
HOW TO ENTER
Entry is completed by by filling out the sign up form on the Northern Territory 'Get Inspired'
Hub, located on the Britz Australia website.
8. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants to
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and
Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the promoter to enforce any of
its right at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
9. Failure to comply with the above conditions or complete all fields required will deem the
entry invalid and no correspondence will be entered into.
THE PRIZE AND DETAILS OF PRIZE DRAW
12. There is one (1) prize to be won that can be redeemed in Australia. The valid entry
selected from the pool of entries will win a hire of the Britz Safari Auto 4WD, valued at
$3250. This prize can be redeemed for either return or one way travel between our Alice
Springs and Darwin Branches.
(e.g. Alice Springs to Alice Springs, Darwin to Darwin, Alice Springs to Darwin or Darwin to
Alice Springs.
13. Please note that the prize is for the campervan hire component only. All fuel costs,
campsite fees, flights, transport/transfers to and from the airports, tolls, extra hire items,
travel insurance, security deposits and personal expenditure are not included in the prize
and must be covered by the winners. Travel insurance is not included in the prize and we
strongly recommend it is taken by the winners before travel. This is a single event holiday
and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations or redeemed for cash. The winners
will be required to present their credit card upon checking in at their selected branch.
14. All vehicles are subject to availability at the time of booking. The prize is valid for travel
between 30/04/23 - 15/11/23.
Some blackout dates and location restrictions apply. Prize is available through Britz
Campervans. The prize includes a self-drive holiday in a Safari Auto 4WD Campervan, GPS
Navigation and FREE thl Road Trip App, personal kits for living and sleeping. The value of the
prize can be used against the vehicle hire as well as add on products like the Britz Inclusive
pack, which reduces liability to nil*. (*Exclusions apply where the customer is responsible for
all Damage costs - see the Britz Rental Agreement for further detail). Minimum hire periods
apply, starting at 5 days.
15. The prize listed above is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize
and service providers and the winner(s) agree that The Promoter cannot be held liable for
any breaches of these Terms and Conditions. No element of the prize is transferable and no
element of the prize can be redeemed for cash. Winners of the prize should seek
independent financial advise about any tax implications that may arise from their prize
winnings.
17. In participating in the competition, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as
required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to
being interviewed, filmed for broadcast and photographed. The winners agree to grant the
Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all
media worldwide and the winners (and his/her companion) will not be entitled to any fee for
such use.
The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for
promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending
electronic messages to the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access,
update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the
Promoter.
18. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the participating prize providers, if for any reason
the winners does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the
prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and
will not be redeemable for cash.
WINNERS
19. The Prize (as defined in 12.) will be awarded at random.
20. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the winners. The
Promoter may select additional reserve entries in the case an invalid entry or ineligible
entrant is selected as a winners
21. The winners will be notified by email and announced via Instagram, providing acceptance
of the prize.
