Win a Canon EOS 1300D + Kit & VIP SKYWALK experience! - "COMPETITION: WIN a Canon EOS 1300D + Kit and VIP SKYWALK Experience" Facebook Competition - Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entries and contact details must be fully completed to be eligible for the draw. Competition entries will close at 11:59pm on Thursday, 30 June 2016. The winner will be selected by Sydney Tower Eye marketing staff members at 9:00am on Monday, 4 July 2016. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be reached by email by 5:00pm Friday 8 July 2016 a second winner will be selected, and this will continue every 2 days until a winner can be found. Prize items are non-transferrable, non-negotiable and are not exchangeable for cash. Travel is not included in the prize. Multiple entries are allowed. Open to participants 8 years +. All copyright in the images submitted remains with the photographer. The photographer undertakes that the work submitted is theirs and they have not copied the image submitted from any other person or organisation. The images submitted are not intended to be used by the Promoter for commercial purposes. Should the promoter subsequently wish to use any image submitted, winning or otherwise, the Promoter will negotiate a license of limited use in connection with the VIP Skywalk. Any image submitted will not limit its use by the photographer for any other purpose. The winners photo will be posted via social media and full credit will be given. Please keep file size below 3mb. JPEG images preferred. All copyright remains with the photographer. The winners photo will be posted on social media and via other means with all credit given to the winner. Instagram entries must like @SydneyTowerSkywalk and @Teds_cameras and tag #EyeONSydney. SKYWALK date will be organised by the Sydney Tower Eye marketing team and the winner. Merlin Entertainments Group reserves the right to alter or cancel this promotion without notice. Final interpretation resides with Merlin Entertainments Group.
