The competition is open to Australian permanent residents who are over 18 years of age. It is not open to employees of the Promoter, Key Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd, contracted parties related to the competition, parties directly involved with the competition, or their immediate family members.

The competition closes at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 24 December 2024.

To enter the competition, participants must purchase any Essenzza Ear Candle product either in-store or online at Chemist Warehouse or ePharmacy during the competition period. After purchasing, entrants must enter via the promoter's page and provide their valid purchase receipt number as proof of the transaction. Entry is conditional upon this purchase, and only one entry is allowed per day during the competition period. Multiple entries are accepted if entrants have multiple proofs of purchase with different valid receipt numbers.

There is a single prize of $5,000 AUD to be won. The winner will receive the prize amount via electronic funds transfer (EFT) into their nominated bank account by Essenzza.

The total prize pool amount for this competition is $5,000 AUD.
