Online Registration Period Opens 19 Aug 2018 at 12:01 AEST Closes 03 Sep 2018 at 11:59 AEST Entry Restrictions Entrants must be able to attend the BBQ's Galore Low & Slow Masterclass on the applicable date and at the applicable location in their State (Camperdown (Sydney); Epping (Melbourne); Aspley (Brisbane)) and, unless otherwise specified, must make their own way to and from this event. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Relevant State(s) Entry is only open to residents of NSW, QLD and VIC. Maximum Entries Entrants can enter as many times as they like. Once an entrant has been awarded a prize, they must not continue to attempt to enter. Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must during the Online Registration Period, visit a Website and register their details. At the end of the Online Registration Period, the Promoter will hold a draw to determine winner(s) in accordance with the Draw Details. Notification of Winners Winner/s will be notified by phone at the time of/immediately after winning. Prize Claim Details Prize Claim Date & Time: 05 Sep 2018 at 10:00 AEST If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time, the winner forfeits the prize. In this case, the Promoter will award the prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements below. Unclaimed Prize Arrangements If a prize is not claimed by the Prize Claim Date & Time or if an entrant or entry is deemed invalid in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, the Promoter will conduct a further draw at 12:00 PM AEST on 05 Sep 2018 at Southern Cross Austereo, Level 1, 309 North Quay, Brisbane QLD 4000 in order to award the prize(s). Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified by phone on 05 Sep 2018. Additional Terms By entering this Promotion, all entrants hereby acknowledge that the Event may be photographed and/or filmed for the purposes of marketing and publicity. All entrants and other Event attendees will be required to follow the instructions of the Promoter and their nominated agents and/or promotional partners and suppliers at all times during the Event. Any individuals at the Event who fail to follow the instructions of the Promoter and their nominated agents and/or promotional partners and suppliers may be asked to leave the Event site.
