TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY - Conditions of Entry 1.Information about the prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry by each entrant. Entry is permitted via Instagram only. 2.Entry is to anyone aged 18 years or older, who enter the promotion in the required manner as stated in these terms and conditions ("eligible entrants"). 3.Employees of Backpackers World, Skydive Australia and their related body corporates, suppliers, agencies, licensees and their immediate families are not permitted entry. Duration of Promotion 4.The competition commences on 0600 Friday 15 of January 2016 and will continue until 2300 AEST on Thursday 28 of January 2016 before being drawn on Friday the 29 of January. How to Enter 5. Eligible entrants can enter the promotion by tagging photos #backpackersworld on Instagram and following Backpackers World. 6.Entries will be deemed to be accepted if they appear under the hashtag at the end of the promotion. Selection of Prize Winner 7.The Promotion is based on skill and the winner will be chosen by Backpackers World staff. 8.The winner will be announced via Instagram and will be required to email their details to social@peterpans.com. 9.The judges' decision is final. Prize Details 10.The prize consists of one 14,000 foot midweek skydive at any location valued up to $530 and is transferrable but non refundable. 11.The winner must take the prize as offered. Prizes are non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 12. The prize must be redeemed by 31 July 2016. 13.The winner consents to the use of their name and image for marketing purposes.
