Promotion Description: By participating in this Game Of Skill promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter and Sponsor being The Christmas Cart. The Promoter will be responsible for ensuring the winner receives their prize(s).

To be delivered to winners address within Australia. This prize is not redeemable for cash, is not transferrable and may not be swapped for other products from the sponsors. Prize must be claimed by December 20th 2017. To claim the prize the winner must advise details for personalisation and address for delivery.

The Promoter will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. The prize will be selected based on the most creative response by Wednesday December 6th 2017. The winner’s name will be announced on The Christmas Cart winners page http://thechristmascart.com.au/competition-winners/ and The Christmas Cart Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TheChristmasCart once the winner has confirmed the acceptance of the prize.
13. Should the prize not be accepted, the next best response will be selected on December 12th 2017. The re-draw winner will be announced on once the redraw winner has accepted their prize.
