Entry forms may be submitted:
a) By Mail: complete the official in-store entry form, including a product
barcode, if applicable, and send to ‘Chupa Chups Promotion, PO Box
251, Brookvale NSW 2100’; OR
b) Online: visit the promotional website at www.winamegatin.com.au to be
redirected to the Chupa Chups Facebook page, or visit the Chupa
Chups Facebook page directly at www.facebook.com/chupachuck
(Facebook Page), “Like” the Facebook Page (if they haven’t already
done so), locate the “Promotional” application at
www.facebook.com/chupachuck/app_374363035979367 and accept
the permissions requested. Entrants must then fully complete the online
entry form, including a product barcode, if applicable and follow the
prompts to submit the online entry form.
The first five (5)
valid entries drawn in each State/Territory Group will each win one (1) Limited
