These official Rules apply to the Facebook Circulon 6 Piece Pot Set Caption This Photo Competition conducted by Omega – Shriro Pty Ltd (ABN 28 002 386 129), 104 Vanessa Street, Kingsgrove, NSW 2208. Phone: (02) 9415 5000 (The Promoter). By entering the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these Rules.
1. Entry is only open to Australian residents
2. Entry is open to any individual who likes the Omega Facebook page and those who write their caption below the ‘Caption This’ image
3. The time of entry will be the time at which the user comments below the ‘Caption This’ image 
4. Entrants must like the Omega Facebook page and allow Omega to access their public information to enter the competition
5. Entrants must comment below the ‘Caption This’ image to enter the competition
6. Entries must be received before 10.00 AEST 9th September 2016
7. The winner will be chosen based on skill, the funniest and most creative caption will win
8. The winner will be notified by their Facebook page 
9. The prize to be awarded to the winner is a Circulon 6 Piece Pot Set valued at $599.95
10. The prize will be sent to the Australian postal address provided by the winner via Facebook or the winner can nominate to pick it up from their local Shriro showroom
11. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times
12. If for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available including terminating or suspending the Promotion, subject to State and Territory regulations
13. Any Entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win
14. The promoter has the right to cancel the promotion at any time or award the winner with a different prize to the same value if the advertised prize is not available
15. The promoter will not be held accountable for any costs participants may incur as a result of uploading their submission to the Facebook page
