Win a city trip to London!

Information about the sweepstakes and the General Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to the iFly Game in iFly KLM Magazine, the online magazine of KLM Netherlands. The sweepstake can be accessed on the website under the domain name www.iflymagazine.com, and is held by Koninklijke Luchtvaart Maatschappij NV (KLM), Amsterdamseweg 55, 1182 GP Amstelveen, The Netherlands.
The sweepstake begins on 17 October 2016 and will run until 12 December 2016.
· KLM reserves the right to adjust the Terms, prizes, definitions or any other information, or to cancel the sweepstake at any time during the sweepstake, without prior notification.
· The winner will be notified personally and his/her full name will be published on the iFly KLM Magazine’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/iflym...
· Participants must be 18 years or older when they enter the sweepstake.
· KLM has the right to request a written verification of the winner’s address and age before awarding a prize.
· KLM has the right to exclude entries that do not comply with these Terms.
· KLM is not responsible for any problems with networks, computer hardware or software or any type of disruption that may cause the delay, loss or incomplete entry of the participant’s form or other details.
· Participants automatically consent to these Terms.
· All decisions made by KLM regarding this sweepstake are final and cannot be contested.
Information about prizes and how these are awarded:
· KLM assumes responsibility for any gaming taxes and taxes levied on tickets and products. The winner is responsible for any other taxes, charges and gratuities that are not explicitly included or associated with this prize. In accepting the prize, the winner agrees that acceptance is entirely at the risk and responsibility of the winner.
· The name and e-mail address provided to enter the sweepstake is the participant number.
· The prize package consists of:
· Two KLM Economy Class round trip tickets to London.
· The flight to this destination will depart from the closest airport offering this KLM service to the residence of the winner. The flight must be operated by KLM. The winner is responsible for transportation to and from the airport. From the moment that the flight is available, the flight may be booked.
· The trip must be taken within three months after the winner has been awarded the prize.
· The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable, and cannot be claimed by anyone else.
· The sweepstake (including these Terms) is subject to Dutch law.
· The prizes will be shipped to the winning participant within a month after the end date of the sweepstake.
· The website will be programmed according to the information mentioned above and the participants will be notified of a win by e-mail.
· A week begins on Monday at 00:01 am, European time GMT +1 (local time in the Netherlands) and ends on Sunday at 11:59 pm, European time GMT+1 (local time in the Netherlands).
Miscellaneous:
· You will receive an invitation to participate in the sweepstake by e-mail, or you may visit the website via another media, or access the website directly after you have heard about the sweepstake.
· A participant can enter once per unique e-mail address.
· KLM will store the following participant information: first name, last name, e-mail address, gender, country of origin.
· All information is subject to KLM’s general privacy policy. The KLM Privacy Terms are available at KLM.com under Privacy Policy.
· KLM reserves the right to change the terms, prizes and definitions or any other information, or terminate the sweepstake at any time without any prior notification.
· Employees of KLM and any subcontractors, including family members, are excluded from participation.
· KLM reserves the right to exclude any entries that appear to be fraudulent.
· This sweepstake is subject to the promotional lottery code of conduct, which includes the sweepstake code.
· By entering the sweepstake, participants consent to receiving related communications from KLM via e-mail. Participants can always unsubscribe from these communications.
