Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 15 years or over.
Entrants between the ages of 15 and up to but not including 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 30/10/2014 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 26/11/2014 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
Purchase any product in the V Energy range from a participating BP store (“Qualifying Purchase”). For the purposes of this promotion, a participating BP store will be any BP store displaying material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period; and then
Visit www.v-energy.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, address, a valid email address, the name of the V Energy product purchased, the name of the BP store the Qualifying Purchase was made in, and the full purchase receipt number for the Qualifying Purchase), and submit the fully completed entry form.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per V Energy product purchased; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of two (2) entries per person per day is permitted.
Entrants must retain their original BP purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase as BP, that a V Energy product was purchased, and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
PRIZES:
The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Draw will each win a Kombi Camper Van Tent, valued at $330 (“Daily Prize”). The exact colour of the tent awarded will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win the following prize package, valued at up to $35,000 (“Major Prize”):
$5,000, awarded in the form of a cheque made payable in the winner’s name; and
a used Kombi Van, valued at up to $30,000 including one (1) year vehicle registration in the winner’s State/Territory (“Major Prize”). The only warranty given by the Promoter with respect to the vehicle is that it is roadworthy when given to the winner. No extended warranty is given. The exact year and colour of the Van awarded will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
