Individual entries close on Thursday May 11th, at 11:59pm AEST

Winner:
Entries will be judged by the promoter after 12:00am AEST, Friday May 12th
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant
The winner will be announced by the Promoter no later than 12:00pm, Friday May 12th
The Promoter’s decision will be final with no correspondence entered into
The winner will receive 1 x Cocoon Create 3D Printer Touch and 1 x 1kg roll of Orange PLA filament delivered anywhere in Australia after the winner is announced and identity confirmed
To enter, eligible individuals must:

The promoter is not responsible for incomplete, late, lost, posts
Answers will judged on the basis of originality and creativity
Strictly one entry per person. If multiple entries are submitted only the first entry will be judged with subsequent entries deemed ineligible. Users may edit their original entry until the closing time of Friday May 12th at 12:00pm AEST.

All submitted content becomes the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use submitted content for advertising or other promotional materials online or in print for business purposes.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants identity including, age, place of residence. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion and without notice to disqualify any entries or entrants it deems or believes has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in unlawful or immoral actions or does not act in the spirit of the competition.
Entrants understand they are fully responsible for any content they submit in the competition and the Promoter shall not be liable for any content unlawfully, fraudulently or immorally posted. The Promoter has the right to remove and disqualify any content or entrants without notice or reason. Furthermore entrants warrant and agree:
The work they submit is of their own content and was not fraudulently or unlawfully posted. The entrant confirms their work is not in breach of intellectual IP, obscene, derogatory, sexually explicit, violent, threatening or objectionable by race, religion, gender or ethnicity.
Full prior consent is obtained from any person or parties that created the original content.
They will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, privacy, publicity, content. Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or difficulties that may arise including but not limited to, 3D printer or computer faults, other hardware or software faults, expenses incurred by entering the competition, any personal or public injury or damage while participating in the competition.
If Promoter is unable to announce a winner due to circumstances out of Promoter’s control the Promoter reserves the right to delay, amend or cancel the competition.
