Who can enter the Cadbury Volunteer Value Awards Promotion?
Only Australian residents who are aged 18 years or older can enter this promotion.
When can they enter?
They can enter from 12:00 AM (AEST) on Thursday, 4 May to 17:00 PM (AEST) on Wednesday, 19 July. Entries submitted after this period will not be accepted.
How can they enter?
To enter, during the Promotion Period, they must visit the website, complete and submit the online entry form providing all details as requested by the Promoter. The entrant must then forward the application confirmation email to the nominee who can accept the nomination by following the links in the email. Both the entrant and the nominee must be 18 years or older, and the nominee must be a volunteer at a registered sports club or association (registered with the Australian Sports Commission).
What is the limit on entries?
Entrants can submit multiple entries during the Promotion Period, but each entrant should only submit one entry for each volunteer they wish to nominate.
What is the prize they can win?
The prize consists of ten grants each valued at $17,500 AUD. For each grant, $15,000 AUD will be awarded to the sports club that the nominated volunteer is part of, and $2,500 AUD will be awarded to the individual volunteer.
What is the total worth of the prize?
The total prize pool is valued at $175,000 AUD.
What are the Prize Claim Details?
All prizes must be claimed by 11:59 PM AEST, Friday 29 September. If a prize is not claimed by this date, it will be forfeited with no cash or other alternative provided. The Promoters and Judges will make two reasonable attempts to contact the outstanding winner/entrant ahead of the prize claim deadline. If unclaimed, the Judges may extend the prize offer to another entrant. To accept the prize, the entrant/winner must respond in writing to the notification email. To claim the prize, the entrant/winner must have provided details as specified in the Prize Terms, in addition to adhering to the verification requirements.
