Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is GlamCorner Pty Ltd (ABN 43 155 435 788) in collaboration with Wittner (ABN 34 005 014 531) (the "Promoters”) .


2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Entrants under 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian to enter. Employees of the Promoter or any person associated with the Competition, or any organisation or individual associated with the provision of the prize(s) are not eligible to enter.


3. Each entry must be entered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.


4. Entrants may only enter once. Entry into the Competition is free, no purchase required.


5. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoters may use the entrants’ names and email for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.


6. The winners agree to participate in any news media activities surrounding the promotion.


7. The Competition opens at 12pm on 25th September, 2018 and closes at 11:59pm on 8th October, 2018 ("Competition Period"). Any entry received after the expiry of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.


8. To enter the Competition, you must be following @wittnershoes & @glamcornerau on Instagram, and fill in your full name and email address.


9. The entrants will go into a draw and will be drawn randomly on the 3rd October. Only the winners will be notified by email and must respond within 24 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Relocation will be based on remaining competition entrants. Their names and entries will be published on www.glamcorner.com.au/wittner


10. In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. Names of the winners (first name, last initial and city/state of residence) may also be announced in the e-newsletter of the Promoters


11. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.


12. The Promoters reserve the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
