CONNOR Australia Day Prize Pack Facebook Competition
1. The promoter is CONNOR, Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017 ABN 36449159653 phone 1300118276 who will facilitate the draw, fulfilment and management of the prize. Australia only.
2. To be eligible to win the prize you must like the CONNOR Australia Facebook page, enter your name, email address, mobile telephone number and be over the age of 13 years. You must answer the question in 25 words or less within the promotion period.
You may choose to unlike the CONNOR Australia Facebook page at anytime, however you must be a Liker at the time of the winner being notified in order to redeem your prize. Should you not be a Liker of the CONNOR Facebook page at time of the winner being notified, you will forfeit the prize.
Entrants can obtain additional entries to the competition by following CONNOR on Instagram www.instagram.com/Connor_Clothing and referring friends via the competition microsite.
3. The promotion commences at 4:00pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Wednesday 18 January 2017 and closes at 10:00am (AEDT) on Tuesday 24 January 2017 (the Promotion Period).
4. CONNOR will pick the winners provided the above conditions have been met.The winner will be notified no later than 5.00pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Tuesday 24 January 2017. The winner will be contacted via mobile phone number and email address and asked for their full name and postal address. The winner will receive their prize within 14 days of responding to CONNOR.
CONNOR accepts no responsibility for unread or late responses once the winner has been notified. The winner will be asked to confirm their email, full contact details including postal address and phone number. The winner will be drawn at 2:30pm (AEDT) on 24 January 2017 at the location CONNOR, Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017.
5. The prize includes – $150 Connor Gift Card, $150 Coles Voucher, Cricket Cooler and a selection of Australia Day merchandise. The total prize value is RRP $400. There is 1 prize in total.
The prize cannot be picked up from a location; the prize will be sent via Australia Post to the nominated address. Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded online or in stores. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
6. If the prize is unclaimed it will be redrawn at 11:00am 22 May 2017 at CONNOR, Level 1, 409 George Street Waterloo NSW 2017. Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing.
7. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. CONNOR cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered items due to incorrectly provided address details.
8. Employees of CONNOR and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this promotion.
9. CONNOR reserves the right to withdraw a prize and redraw an alternate winner/s should we suspect these terms and conditions are not being adhered to or if the winner/s is suspected of dishonest conduct.
10. No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
11. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
12. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to CONNOR and not to Facebook or Instagram.
13. This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

In order to conduct this Promotion,the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the CONNOR database. CONNOR may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the CONNOR Privacy Policy.
