Who is the promoter of the competition?
The promoter of the competition is Cell Care Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 110 312 537).
What is the prize?
The prize is a cord blood and cord tissue collection and thirty years' storage with Cell Care, as outlined in Cell Care's Banking Agreement and Client Agreement. The retail value of the prize is $6,950.
Who is eligible to enter?
Entry is open to all Australian residents who are over the age of 18 and are giving birth in Australia.
How can one enter the prize draw?
To enter the prize draw, entrants must provide valid contact details and complete the Free Storage Competition Prize Draw entry form.
Is there a limit to the number of entries?
Only one entry per person is allowed. Cell Care reserves the right to disqualify any person who exceeds the entry limit.
When does the competition start and end?
The competition starts on Thursday 8th June 2023 and ends at 10am AEST on Thursday 22nd June 2023.
How will the winner be selected and notified?
The winner will be selected at random from all entries. The winner will be notified by mail and telephone within seven (7) days of the prize draw. The winner will also be announced via email to all competition entrants by 5pm AEST on Thursday 22nd June 2023.
Is there any liability or responsibility associated with participating in the competition?
By entering the competition, entrants accept full responsibility for their decision to participate and release the promoter and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any liabilities, losses, or damages arising from or in connection with the competition.
What will happen to the personal information provided?
All personal information received as part of the promotion will be treated in accordance with Cell Care's privacy statement, which can be found on their website.
