Entry is free and open to Australian + New Zealand Citizens aged 18 years and over. Employees of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd, Cruise Passenger and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entries must be submitted via the online entry form provided by Cruise Passenger. This promotion is being conducted by Norwegian Cruise Line Australia Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”) of Level 7, 99 Elizabeth Street Sydney, Australia 2000 and runs from March 2, 2018 to May 4, 2018
There is one prize, which will be awarded to the most creative entry. The Promoter will appoint a panel of judges to evaluate eligible entrants’ entries. Entries will be judged on the creativity of answers given. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Company reserves the right to offer alternative dates and/or itineraries. Arrival and departure transfers, port charges and tipping for two are at winners’ expense. Valued at AUD$4,000. Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any prizes.
The prize does not include passports, airport lounges, Australian domestic transfers, additional accommodation made necessary by flight schedules, additional meals or drinks purchased on board or other spending money.
Additional expenses including, meals not specified in the chosen trip itinerary, insurance, any optional tours or activities during free time, tips and items of a personal nature, are at passengers’ expense. We recommend you take out travel insurance prior to travel, as it is not included. A valid passport is required for all international journeys.
It is the responsibility of the individual to advise of any medical conditions, allergies or dietary requirements in advance of the competition.
The Prize must be taken in full and as a package as per the specified departure date of December 13, 2018. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. If the winner is unavailable to travel on the date stipulated by the Promoter, the winner will forfeit the prize, which they are unable to redeem. In the event that the winner is unable to redeem the prize on the date stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor another prize will be awarded in lieu of the forfeited prize. In the event that the entire prize is forfeited by the winner, the Promoter will award the prize to the next valid entry as determined by the judges appointed by the Promoter. Prizes must be taken on the date specified by the Promoter.

The winner/s must claim the prize by June 29, 2018 by replying to the notification email or confirming via phone. You must present your prize letter at the time of booking to redeem your prize. The value of this prize, itinerary and inclusions are correct at time of printing and subject to change at any time. Any change to the prize between the publishing date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter(s).
Entries close at 5pm EDST May 3, 2018. One (1) entry will be selected at 9:00am on May 4, 2018, from all entries. The prize is non-negotiable, and may not be replaced or refunded.

Entrants can only enter the competition once. Prize-winner will be notified by Cruise Passenger on May 18, 2018. The winner will be contacted by either email or phone. They will be notified by mail and/or email no later than one week following the prize draw. Results will be published on http://www.cruisepassenger.com.au/competitions/. This promotion does not involve a round in which players are eliminated. Prize letter/ prize will be sent to prize-winner within one month of the winner being decided.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
(i) inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
(ii) purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
(iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
(iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website;
(v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
(ii) (vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition;
(ix) In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
