Entry is only open to residents of Australia and New Zealand. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 12/05/2016 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31/07/2016 ("Promotional Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individual must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase or rent/lease any product in the Acer Predator series from a Participating Retailer. "Participating Retailers" in Australia include MSY, Radio Rentals (in SA only), RT Edwards (in QLD only), Bing Lee (in NSW only), and Thorn Radio Rentals, and in New Zealand include Harvey Norman, PB Tech, Just Laptops, Global PC, Cello tech, Playtech, Extreme PC, and Computer Lounges; and then
b) visit http://www.predator.acer.com.au predator.acer.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, a valid email address, their State/Territory/Country of residence, and the Acer Predator seriers product SNID number), upload a scanned copy of the receipt for the purhcase or rental/lease, and submit the fully completed entry form.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Acer Predator series product purchased or rented/leased; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. For example, individuals that purchase and/or rent/lease two (2) Acer Predator series products in a single transaction will be eligible to receive two (2) entries provided that they submit two entry form in accordance with clause 6(b).
Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase or rental/lease receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Participating Retailer, the Acer Predator series product that was purchased or rented/leased, and that the transaction was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.

The first valid entry drawn will win a custom built gaming rig ("Rig"), valued at up to AU$20,000. The Rig includes:
