These rules (“Official Rules”) set forth the rules of the "Alienware Aurora R13 Desktop & Marvel Midnight Suns Game Sweepstakes" (the “Promotion”). iGames, Inc. (“Administrator”) is the administrator of the Promotion.
By entering the Promotion, you accept these Official Rules and agree to be bound by their terms. If you do not agree with these Official Rules, please do not enter the Promotion.
Eligibility.
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are thirteen (13) years of age or older and legal residents of Australia (excluding ACT), New Zealand, France, United Kingdom and Germany who are sixteen (16) years of age or older as of January 24, 2023 ("Entrants"). If an Entrant is under the age of majority, then he/she must obtain prior consent from his/her parent or legal guardian to enter and the parent or legal guardian may be required to verify the granting of consent and/or sign a release at the discretion of the Administrator. Failure of an Entrant’s parent or legal guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release will invalidate an Entrant’s Entry.
All Entrants must have a valid e-mail address and it is Entrant’s responsibility to update the Administrator of any change in their e-mail address.
Participation in the Promotion is subject to compliance with the requirements specified below.
Employees of Administrator, Dell Corporation, or any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Promotion and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings, and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year) are not eligible.
Void where prohibited.
No Entrant will be allowed to receive more than one (1) prize in the Promotion.
Submission Period. The submission period shall commence on January 24, 2023 at 9 AM PST and end February 19, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST.

Each Entry provides a single submission in the drawing ("Drawing") for a prize. Maximum of 10 Entries per person. One email address per Entrant. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than 10 Entries will void the Entries and the Entrant will be disqualified.
Entrants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or Twitch. Entrants agree to release Twitter and Twitch from any and all liability associated with this Promotion. All terms and conditions of Twitter and Twitch will apply.

15 runner up winners will each receive a Marvel Midnight Suns Game Key (approximate retail value “ARV” 59.99 USD).
The prizes are provided “as is” and without any warranty of any kind. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. All taxes (and the reporting consequences thereof) and any other fees or costs associated with the prizes described above are the sole responsibility of the winners. No prize substitution, except as allowed by Administrator who reserves the right to offer a prize of equal or greater value. Administrator will pay the costs of shipping or delivery of the prize.
Australian Residents: Nothing in these Official Rules limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these Official Rules would contravene any statute or cause any part of these Official Rules to be void (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Sponsor excludes from these Official Rules (including the prizes) all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom
Drawings for the Prize. Administrator will conduct the Drawing on or about February 21, 2023.
The Drawing will be conducted by Administrator in Boise, ID, USA. The Drawing will be made using Administrator’s random selection tool.
The odds of winning the prize are based on the total number of qualified entries for the Drawing and are equal regardless of the method of entry.
You do not need to be present to win.
All decisions of Administrator, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, are final and binding.
Administrator will not deliver a prize to any person other than the winner, other than the parent/legal guardian of a winner who is under the age of majority.
Notification of Winner. The winner will be notified by mail or e-mail, as determined by Administrator within three (3) days following the Drawing. The prize will be delivered within twenty eight (28) days after the draw. The winner may be required to agree to the Certificate of Eligibility and Release (“Release”), which includes an acceptance of these Official Rules and a release of liability, to the extent permissible by law. Entry into this Promotion constitutes prize winner’s agreement to sign such document. If required by law, the winner also will be required to execute US Federal and State tax releases. Within five (5) days of notification attempt, winner must respond to Administrator with the requested documents, or the prize will be forfeited. In such a case, Administrator will choose an alternate winner by the same random method. The winner, by entering the Promotion, consents to the inclusion of his or her name, alias and country being disclosed by Administrator as indicated below.
Use of Information. The Administrator collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and Promotion administrators. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants agree that Administrator and its agents and assignees may use his or her name, contact information (email, address, phone), alias, game account and image to manage the Promotion. In addition, any such information may be used and disclosed as set forth in the Alienware Arena privacy policy located at https://na.alienwarearena.com/legal/privacy. Please note that by participating in the Promotion and accepting these Official Rules, you acknowledge and accept the use of your personal information and other data for the purposes set out above and it may be transferred and stored in the United States. If you wish to request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, or to market to you, contact us at info@igamesinc.com. We will respond to your request within 30 business days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
General Release. As far as permitted by applicable law, Administrator, Dell Technologies, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), and all of their respective officers, directors, agents and employees will not be responsible for any of the following insofar as they are beyond their reasonable control: (a) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or any other computer and communications related malfunctions or failures; (b) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Administrator with the exception of personal injury or death caused by negligence; or (c) any technical or human error such as typographical, printing, or administrative errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. Unless prohibited by the applicable law and subject to any Non-Excludable Guarantees, you acknowledge that the prizes will be awarded “as is” and that the Administrator makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, concerning a prize or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of the prize.
By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold each of the Promotion Entities and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Promotion or participation in any Promotion-related activity, or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
General Terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the state of Idaho, USA. For Australian residents, the Promotion will be governed by the applicable laws of the Australian State or Territory in which the Entrant resides. Each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or the prize awarded and all issues and questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Ada County, Idaho, USA, and all Entrants agree to Ada County as the venue for any legal action without regard to conflict of laws doctrine. Some jurisdictions will not recognize the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ada County, USA, in which case the above clause on jurisdiction may not apply to you.
Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, never shall include consequential, incidental or punitive damages, and in no event attorneys’ or experts’ fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.
The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.
Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Administrator, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, which are final and binding in all respects.
Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion, or any part thereof, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Administrator's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, or Administrator otherwise becomes incapable of running the Promotion as planned, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual founds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such persons to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Administrator’s failure to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Administrator. The Promotion is administered by iGames, Inc., 2242 E Riverwalk Dr., Ste 200 Boise, ID 83706, USA.
Canadian Winners. In addition to the above, if a person selected by the random selection method is a resident of Canada, as prescribed by Canadian law, he/she will be required to correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a prearranged time in order to be declared a winner.

Diese Regeln („Offizielle Regeln“) stellen die Regeln für „Alienware Aurora R13 Desktop & Marvel Midnight Suns Game Sweepstakes-Gewinnspiel" (das“Gewinnspiel”) dar. iGames, Inc. („Administrator”) ist der Administrator des Gewinnspiels.

Teilnahmeberechtigung:
Das Gewinnspiel steht nur Personen mit rechtmäßigem Wohnsitz im der Vereinigten Staaten und Kanadas (außer Quebec), die 13 (dreizehn) Jahre oder älter sind und Wohnsitz im Vereinigten Königreich, Deutschland, Australien (außer ACT), Neuseeland und Frankreich offen, die am 18. Alle Teilnehmer müssen über eine gültige E-Mail-Adresse verfügen. Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Teilnehmers, den Administrator über Änderungen ihrer E-Mail-Adresse zu informieren.
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel unterliegt der Einhaltung der im Folgenden angeführten Bestimmungen:
Mitarbeiter des Administrators, der Dell Technologies oder einer der jeweiligen Gesellschaften, Tochtergesellschaften, Filialen, Werbeagenturen oder anderer Unternehmen oder Personen, die mit dem Design, der Produktion, Ausführung oder Verbreitung des Gewinnspiels befasst sind sowie ihre unmittelbaren Familien (Ehepartner, Eltern, Stiefeltern, Geschwister, Stiefgeschwister, Kinder und Stiefkinder) und Haushaltsmitglieder (Personen, die zumindest drei (3) Monate pro Jahr denselben Wohnsitz haben) sind nicht teilnahmeberechtigt.

Hauptpreis wird im vorliegenden Zustand und ohne jegliche Garantien bereitgestellt. Alle Einzelheiten und andere Beschränkungen der Preise, die nicht in diesen offiziellen Regeln enthalten sind, werden nach alleinigem Ermessen des Administrators festgelegt. Alle Steuern (und bilanziellen Folgen) und andere Gebühren oder Kosten in Zusammenhang mit den Preisen, die oben angeführt sind, liegen in der alleinigen Verantwortung der Gewinner. Die Verlosung wird vom Administrator in Boise, ID, Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika durchgeführt. Die Verlosung erfolgt durch den Zufallsgenerator des Administrators.
Die Gewinnchancen für den Preis basieren auf der Gesamtanzahl der für das Gewinnspiel qualifizierten Teilnehmer und sind für jede Teilnahmemethode gleich hoch.
Ihre Anwesenheit ist nicht erforderlich, um zu gewinnen.
Alle Entscheidungen des Administrators sind endgültig und verbindlich.
Der Administrator händigt keinen Preis an jemand anderen als den Gewinner oder den Elternteil/rechtlichen Vormund eines minderjährigen Gewinners aus.
6. Benachrichtigung des Gewinners. Der Gewinner wird entsprechend der Entscheidung des Administrators innerhalb von drei (3) Tagen nach der Verlosung durch einen Brief, via Telefon oder E-Mail benachrichtigt. Der Gewinner ist verpflichtet, dem Berechtigungsschreiben und der Haftungsfreistellung („Haftungsfreistellung“) zuzustimmen, in denen den offiziellen Regeln zugestimmt und auf die Haftung im gesetzlich zulässigen Ausmaß verzichtet wird. Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel stellt die Zustimmung des Gewinners dar, diese Dokumente zu unterschreiben. Falls es vom Gesetz verlangt wird, obliegt es dem Gewinner, auch die bundesstaatliche oder staatliche Steuerbefreiungen einzuholen. Innerhalb von Fünf (5) Tagen der Benachrichtigung muss der Gewinner dem Administrator die angeforderten Dokumente zusenden, da andernfalls der Preis verfällt. Der Gewinner stimmt durch die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel der Nennung seines Namens, Pseudonyms und Landes durch den Administrator in den Gewinnspiel.
Nutzung von Informationen. Der Administrator erfasst persönliche Informationen, um das Gewinnspiel durchzuführen und kann zu diesem Zweck diese Informationen Dritten, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf den Sponsor des Preises und Administratoren des Preises zur Verfügung stellen. Die Teilnahme bedingt die Bekanntgabe dieser Informationen. Die Teilnehmer stimmen zu, dass der Administrator und seine Agenten und Bevollmächtigten ihre Namen, Kontaktinformationen (E-Mail, Adresse, Telefonnummer), Pseudonyme, Spielkonto und Bild für das Gewinnspiel verwenden dürfen. Allgemeine Freistellung. Soweit durch das anwendbare Recht zulässig sind der Administrator, Dell Technologies und jede der jeweiligen Gesellschaften, Tochtergesellschaften, Filialen und Werbeagenturen (gemeinsam die „Gewinnspiel-Instanzen“) und alle der jeweiligen Amtsträger, Direktoren, Agenten und Mitarbeiter nicht für das Folgende verantwortlich, sofern es sich deren angemessenen Kontrolle entzieht:(a) technische Störungen jeder Art, einschließlich, aber nicht beschränkt auf Telefon, Elektronik, Hardware, Software, Netzwerk, Internet oder jeden anderen Computer und mit der Kommunikation verbundene Störungen oder Ausfälle; (b) alle Störungen, Verletzungen, Verluste oder Schäden des Gewinnspiels, die durch Ereignisse entstanden sind, die sich der Kontrolle des Administrators entziehen, ausgenommen Personenschaden oder Tod durch Fahrlässigkeit; oder (c) jeder technische oder menschliche Fehler wie z. Sofern nicht durch das anwendbare Recht unzulässig, erkennen Sie an, dass die Preise im vorliegenden zustand überreicht werden und der Administrator keine Gewährleistung, Garantie oder Repräsentation jeglicher Art, die explizit oder implizit zum Ausdruck gebracht werden, hinsichtlich des Preises oder der Nutzung, des Werts oder des Genuss des Preises übernimmt.

Dieses Gewinnspiel wird in keiner Weise von Twitch oder Twitter gesponsert, unterstützt, verwaltet oder mit Facebook verbunden. Der Teilnehmer erklärt sich einverstanden, Twitch und Twitter von jeglicher Haftung freizugeben.
Allgemeine Bedingungen.
Soweit durch das anwendbare Recht zulässig unterliegen das Gewinnspiel und diese offiziellen Regeln dem Recht des Staates Idaho, USA, und werden diesem entsprechend ausgelegt. Jeder Teilnehmer ist einverstanden, dass jegliche und alle Streitsachen, Ansprüche und Klagegründe, die aufgrund oder in Zusammenhang mit diesem Gewinnspiel oder dem verliehenen Preis entstehen, sowie alle Probleme und Fragen hinsichtlich der Gültigkeit, Auslegung und Durchsetzbarkeit dieser offiziellen Regeln individuell gelöst werden, ohne Zugriff auf irgendeine Form von Sammelklagen und ausschließlich in einem Gericht der zuständigen Gerichtsbarkeit in Ada County, Idaho, USA, und alle Teilnehmer sind einverstanden, dass Ada County der Gerichtsstand für Klagen unter Ausschluss der Kollisionsnomen ist. In einigen Gerichtsbarkeiten wird die ausschließliche Zuständigkeit des Courts of Ada County, USA, nicht anerkannt; in diesem Fall könnte die obige Gerichtsstandsklausel für Sie nicht zutreffen.
Alle Ansprüche, gerichtlichen Entscheidungen und Schadenersatzurteile beschränken sich auf tatsächlich entstandene Auslagen, einschließlich der Kosten, die mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel verbunden sind, und, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, und enthalten niemals Folgeschäden, sonstige Schäden oder Schadenersatz und auf keinen Fall Anwalts- oder Expertengebühren. In einigen Gerichtsbarkeiten ist die Haftungsbeschränkung oder der Haftungsausschluss für Neben- oder Folgeschäden nicht zulässig, daher könnte die obige Klausel für Sie nicht zutreffen.
Das Gewinnspiel unterliegt dem anwendbaren bundesstaatlichen, staatlichen, regionalen und lokalen Gesetzen und Regelungen.
Die Teilnehmer sind einverstanden, an diese offiziellen Regeln und die Entscheidungen des Administrators gebunden zu sein, die in jeder Hinsicht endgültig und verbindlich sind.
Der Administrator behält sich nach alleinigem Ermessen das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel ganz oder teilweise zu stornieren, auszusetzen und/oder zu verändern, falls Betrug, technische Störungen oder jegliche andere Faktoren, die sich der angemessenen Kontrolle des Administrators entziehen, die Integrität oder ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels beeinträchtigen oder der Administrator aus anderen Gründen nicht in der Lage ist, das Gewinnspiel wie geplant durchzuführen. Der Administrator behält sich nach alleinigem Ermessen das Recht vor, jede Person zu disqualifizieren, die den Teilnahmeprozess oder die Durchführung des Gewinnspiels manipuliert oder durch ihr Handeln gegen die offiziellen Regeln oder andere Werbeaktion verstößt oder auf unsportliche oder störende Weise agiert. Jeder Versuch einer Person, die rechtmäßige Durchführung des Gewinnspiels vorsätzlich zu unterminieren kann ein Verstoß gegen das Straf- und Zivilrecht darstellen. Sollte so ein Versuch unternommen werden, behält sich der Administrator das Recht vor, Schadenersatzforderungen in voller Höhe des gesetzlich zulässigen Betrages zu erheben.
Die Unterlassung der Durchsetzung einer der Bestimmungen dieser offiziellen Regeln stellt keinen Verzicht auf diese Klausel dar.

Ce règlement (« Règlement officiel ») expose les règles du « Tirage au Sort Alienware Aurora R13 Desktop & Marvel Midnight Suns Game Sweepstakes» (« Tirage au sort »). iGames, Inc. (« Administrateur ») administre le Tirage au sort.
En participant au Tirage au sort, vous acceptez le Règlement officiel et vous vous engagez à en respecter les conditions. Si vous n’êtes pas d’accord avec ce Règlement officiel, veuillez ne pas vous inscrire au Tirage au sort.
Admissibilité.
Le Tirage au sort est ouvert aux résidents légaux États-Unis et du Canada (autre que le Québec) âgés de 13 ans ou plus, et aux résidents du Royaume-Uni, d'Allemagne, France, Australie (autre que le ACT), et de Nouvelle-Zélande âgés de seize (16) ans ou plus au janvier 24, 2023. (« Participants »). Si un Participant est mineur, il ou elle doit obtenir l’autorisation préalable de son tuteur ou de sa tutrice légale pour participer et l’Administrateur pourra demander, à sa discrétion, au tuteur ou à la tutrice légal de vérifier l’autorisation accordée ou de signer une décharge. À défaut, si le tuteur ou la tutrice légal ne vérifie pas l’autorisation et/ou ne signe pas la décharge, l’Inscription du ou de la Participant est annulée.
Les Participants doivent avoir une adresse courriel valide et il incombe de leur responsabilité d’avertir l’Administrateur de tout changement concernant cette adresse.
La participation au Tirage au sort est soumise aux conditions énoncées ci-après.
Les employés de l’Administrateur, de Dell Technologies ou de tous leurs parents, affiliés, filiales et agences de communication respectifs, ou de toute autre entreprise ou individu contribuant à la conception, la production, l’exécution ou la distribution du Tirage au sort, ainsi que leur famille immédiate (époux.se, parents et beaux-parents, frères et sœurs, demi-frères et sœurs, enfants et enfants du conjoint) et les membres de leur foyer (personnes ayant partagé leur résidence au moins trois (3) mois dans l’année) ne sont pas admissibles.
