Win a Customised Melbourne Storm Springfree Trampoline

1. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per email.
2. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Entry is only open to residents of Victoria.
4. Only entries that are submitted between 10:00AM AEDT Monday, 2nd March 2020 and 5:00PM AEDT Friday, 20th March 2020 will be accepted.
5. Entry into the competition is via the Melbourne Storm website form available at https://www.melbournestorm.com.au/win-a-springfree-trampoline/
6. The prize is one (1) Springfree R54 Compact Round Customised Melbourne Storm Trampoline including Australia-wide delivery (valued up to $1,484).
7. Tablets are not included with any Smart Trampoline purchase or prize.
8. The prize draw will take place at 12:00noon AEDT Monday, 23rd March 2020 at the AAMI Park, Olympic Boulevard, Melbourne, VIC 3000. Three entrants will be selected at random by Melbourne Storm to compete in the half time competition on 28th March 2020. Entrants must be at the game and able to compete in the half time competition in order to be eligible to win.
9. The three entrants will be selected to compete in a Springfree half time basketball competition during the Saturday, 28th March 2020 Round 3 Home Game at AAMI Park. The person to make the most baskets in 30 seconds on a Springfree Trampoline will win.
10. In the event that the winner(s) are unable to be contacted, and all reasonable methods of communication are unsuccessful, an alternative winner(s) will be chosen from the pool of Eligible Entrants. The prizes offered by this Promotion remain the property of The Promoter until claimed by the respective prize winner.
11. The winner will be published on the Melbourne Storm competition website at: https://www.melbournestorm.com.au/win-a-springfree-trampoline/ and on Springfree Trampoline’s competition website at: www.springfreetrampoline.com.au/competition-winners by Monday, 30th March 2020.
12. Prizes do not include upgrades, accessories or additional services. These can be purchased separately.
13. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years of age to be considered eligible for entry.
14. The prize will only be delivered within Australia and the winner should allow up to 10 days from date of claim of prize for delivery.
15. Prizes are neither redeemable nor transferable for cash.
16. Springfree Trampoline Aust Pty Ltd and Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club do not accept responsibility for any unclaimed prize.
17. Employees of Springfree Trampoline Aust Pty Ltd and Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club are ineligible to enter.
18. Springfree Trampoline Aust Pty Ltd and Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club and associated agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.

You will always be given the option to opt out of receiving any further communication.
20. By entering this competition you grant consent to Springfree Trampoline Aust Pty Ltd and Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club to use at any stage in the future, any photographic or video footage collected during the awarding of the prize.
21. The Promoters’ decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend terms and conditions if considered necessary without notice.
22. Promoters’ limitation of liability: The Promoters are not responsible for the loss of prize due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by a winner. The Promoters also take no responsibility for prizes lost or stolen after they have been released for delivery via postage or
courier.
