There will be only 1 winner eligible to receive the prize. This promotion is opent to Australian residents only.
2) The “promotion period” commences on 15/02/2018 at 7:00pm (AEST) and ends on 28/02/2018 at 11:59pm (AEST)
The draw for the winner will take place at 01/03/2018 at 8:00pm (AEST).
3) Only one prize will be awarded to the winner. The promoter shall conduct a further draw if necessary to distribute any unclaimed prize by March 15, 2018 at 12:00pm AEST. The winner will be notified by e-mail. The winner will have their details published the next day, following the day of the competition draw at 8:00pm (AEST), on the Tree Hut Village Pty Facebook post.
4) Eligible entrants warrant that they will only refer the Promotion to friends who are Australian residents aged 18 or over and who would normally consent to receiving such emails from the eligible entrant.
5) All entries become the property of the promoter. All winning entries will be entered into a database and the promoter may use the email address and telephone number for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
6) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for; any late, lost or misdirected entries; or instances where eligible entrants are not automatically entered into the draw due to forces beyond the Promoter’s control. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
