Who can enter the Dark Day Dark Night Giveaway Promotion?
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, with the exception of certain ineligible individuals. These include employees of the Promoter, the Mirvac Group, tenants or retailers in South Eveleigh, and individuals previously notified by the Promoter that they are not permitted to enter.
When is the Promotion Period?
The Promotion starts on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at 10:00 AM and ends on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 11:59 PM. All times mentioned are in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) or Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST).
How can eligible individuals enter the Promotion?
During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals must visit the South Eveleigh page on the website and enter their details to enter the competition.
What are the limits on entry?
Each eligible person is allowed to submit only one (1) entry for the Promotion. If multiple entries are permitted, they must be substantially unique and submitted separately, following the entry requirements.
When and how will the winners be selected?
The draw to determine the winners will take place at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at South Eveleigh. The Promoter reserves the right to draw reserves in case of invalid entries or invalid entrants.
How will the winners be notified?
The provisional winner(s) will be notified via email on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. The provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner once verified by the Promoter.
What are the prizes and their total worth?
Three (3) winners will be drawn, and each winner will receive: - 1x $50 Dark Day Dark Night Tasting Experience Voucher - 1x $250 gift card to spend anywhere at South Eveleigh The total annual prize pool will not exceed $100,000.00.
What are the conditions associated with the prizes?
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming gift card/voucher prizes are not included. Any unused balance of a gift card/voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a gift card/voucher is subject to the terms and conditions specified by the issuer. Ticket prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any age restrictions. The Promoter and event organizers reserve the right to reject any winner or companion for inappropriate behavior, such as intoxication, during the prize participation. Winners are responsible for their own transportation and costs associated with attending any experience prizes.
