TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The prize is one Emerald Balcony Suite (Category C) on an Evergreen Tours Emerald ‘Star Ship’ sailing between Nuremberg and Budapest in March, April, September or October 2016, either twin share or a double room.
2.Winners must advise Evergreen Tours of their preferred travel dates by the 1st December 2015.
3. Travel blackout periods may apply for the travel Prize.
4. The Prize must be taken by 1st November 2016.
5. The Prize is strictly non-transferable and non-negotiable, and may not be replaced, refunded and is not redeemable for cash.
6. The Prize does not include any costs associated with travelling to and from the departure and arrival port(s) in Australia, flights, or airport transfers – these are at the winner’s own expense.
7. Evergreen Tours is not responsible for any additional or incurred costs while winner is travelling.
8. The Prize cannot be used towards flights only, travel insurance, items of a personal nature, meals (other than featured in the itinerary), laundry, telephone calls, additional nights or upgrades. Travel Insurance is responsibility of the prize winner.
9. The Prize can only be used towards new bookings only.
10. Accepting the Prize is subject to any prevailing Terms and Conditions of Evergreen Tours. Please refer to the brochure of your travelling destination for more details.
11. If applicable, a valid passport is required for all international journeys with at least 6 months validity from the date of return.
12. If applicable, names as per passport and dates of birth for all travelers are required at the time of reservation.
13. The prize winner must be 18 years or over at the time of trip.
14. The prize cannot be transferred to another service.
15. Prize includes two return economy airfares from nearest Australian International Airport located in prize winners home state.
