Entry is open to all New South Wales Permanent residents. Employees and their immediate families of IPOH Pty Ltd, prize providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
The promotion commences 28 January 2016, 9:00 AM (AESDT) and will conclude on 4 February 2016, 9:00 AM (AESDT).
To enter the promotion, eligible participants must be an existing member or become a member of The Galeries database. Existing members must agree to update their details via the online competition form, and newly registered participants must complete the online competition form. All entrants must agree to receive communication from the promoter, QVB and competition partners, Lotus and Black Star Pastry.
5.Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 16 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
Entrants can only enter in their own name and use their own email address. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entryProof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize.
The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received. The draw will take place at 9am 4 February 2016 (AEST) at Ipoh, Level 4, 455 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. All winners will be notified by phone and / or email within 1 day of the draw date and announced results will be published on the Promoter’s website after winners’ acceptance.
8.Prize details: Lotus x Black Star Pastry Exclusive Event – Degustation meal for two with matching wines on Wednesday 10 February valued at $196.
9.If the prizes are unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation and subsequent approval.
