WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. (Eligible Entrants) Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Competition commences at 12:01am AEDST on 01/01/2015 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 31/03/2015 (“Competition Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase a Velvet Smooth Express Pedi with diamond crystals from any participating retailer during the Competition Period. For the purposes of this Competition, a participating retailer is any retailer displaying material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period. To enter, Eligible Entrants must then: visit www.winadiamond.net.au; follow the prompts to the Competition entry page; input the requested details including their full name, valid email address, mobile phone number, postcode and full barcode number of the Scholl Express Pedi product purchased and submit the fully completed entry form during the Competition Period. Eligible Entrants may elect to use a pseudonym; answer the following question in 25 words or less:

PRIZE: The prize is a diamond valued by the Promoter and/or Prize Supplier at no greater than $10,000 AUD to be set inside jewellery which is valued by the Promoter and/or Prize Supplier at no greater than $2000 AUD. The winner will be required to attend a consultation in Sydney, NSW with a jeweller selected by the Promoter, in its absolute discretion, in order to design the piece of diamond jewellery (Prize) The winner will also win a trip for two (2) adults to Sydney, NSW valued at up to $2000 depending on date and point of departure. The travel component of the Prize includes: Two (2) x return economy airfares from winner's nearest capital city to Sydney, NSW (only awarded if the winner resides outside of NSW); One 1 night twin share 4 star accommodation. The total prize pool value is $12,000AUD if the winner resides in NSW, and up to $14,000 AUD if the winner resides outside of NSW. Spending money, meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
