Who can enter?

The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and above. Employees of Masterpet Australia Pty Ltd, associated agencies, and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.

How will winners be chosen and notified?

This is a game of chance. Entries will be divided into two pools (cat and dog entries), and a random number generator will assign a number to each entry. The entry with the lowest number in each pool will be deemed the winner. The prize draw will take place at

9:00 AM AEDT on Monday, 16 December 2024

, at Masterpet Australia’s office in Smeaton Grange, NSW.
The winners will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw and announced on the promotion website ([https://blackhawkpetcare.com/au/christmas](https://blackhawkpetcare.com/au/christmas)).

What happens if a winner doesn’t claim their prize?

If a winner doesn’t claim their prize within 48 hours of notification, a redraw will occur. This process will be repeated until the prize is claimed.

How is personal information managed?

Entrants' personal information will be collected and used solely for the purposes of administering the competition, in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy. Winners' names will be published on the promotion website and in any media required by law. Personal information will not be returned but can be accessed or updated by contacting the promoter at customer.service@masterpet.com.
