Win A Double Pass To Ministry Of Sound’s Orchestrated - Ministry of Sound’s Orchestrated will return this December for its biggest shows yet. Joining some of Australia’s finest orchestras for this concert series will be guest vocalists Sam Sparro, Alison Limerick and Crystal Waters. Also, musical director Adam Sofo and creative director Groove Terminator will return for all Australian shows.

8: Entry Restrictions
(a) Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of
Entry.
(b) Entrants must have a registered address in either New
South Wales, Queensland or Victoria.
(c) Entrants must be able to take the Prize and attend the
event in the relevant State and on the relevant date in
accordance with their registered address as specified by
the Promoter. Entrants unavailable to attend will forfeit
their Entry.
9: How to Enter
During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station on-air and social
media commercials to visit the Station website and
complete the online Entry Form including by providing
their contact details – full name, phone number and
email address; and by stating in 25 words or less:
‘What is your favourite party anthem and why?’
(b) Each Entry submitted by the time specified by the
Station will be individually reviewed by representatives
of the Station. The Station will select the Entry it deems
to be the ‘best’ from all valid Entries received within the
time period specified.
10: Limitation on Entries
Entrants may submit as many Entries as they wish, however an
Entrant may only Win one (1) Prize. Each Entry must be
submitted via a separate online Entry Form and contain a
separate answer to the 25 words or less question: ‘What is
your favourite party anthem and why?’

12: Judging Criteria Each valid Entry will be individually judged by representatives of
the Promoter based on, among other things, their creativity.

South Wales on Friday, 14th December 2018, valued at
up to $179.80 including GST

There are up to five (5) Prizes to be won as follows:
• Two (2) general admission tickets to the Ministry of
Sound Orchestrated: The Strings of Life Tour event at
Home of the Arts (HOTA), Surfers Paradise, Queensland
on Friday, 7th December 2018, valued at up to $179.80
including GST
Victoria Winner
There are up to eight (8) Prizes to be won as follows:
• Two (2) general admission tickets to the Ministry of
Sound Orchestrated: The Strings of Life Tour event at
Margaret Court Arena (MCA), Melbourne, Victoria, on
Sunday, 9th December, valued at up to $179.80
including GST

Winners will be notified by:
• Via e-mail
• Via telephone
16: Prize Claim and Delivery
Prizes must be claimed by Monday, 26th November 2018 at
5.00pm AEDST.
If the Winner does not claim the Prize by 5.00pm AEDST on
Monday, 26th November 2018 they will forfeit the Prize and
another Winner will be drawn.
The Promoter will contact the Winner with the contact details
the Winner registered with on the online Entry Form to arrange
delivery of the Prize.
17: Special Conditions
(a) The Promoter is not responsible for changes to dates,
times or cancellation of events. No substitute Prize will
be provided in the instance where there are changes to
dates, times or cancellation of events.
(b) For the avoidance of doubt, travel or accommodation
are not included in the Prize and any travel or
accommodation needed to take the Prize will be at the
Prize Winner’s expense.
(c) Prizes may not be resold or offered for resale (including
via online auction or other resale sites) or used for
advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes
(including competitions and trade promotions) or to
enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a
Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Prize
may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder
of the ticket may be refused admission.
(d) Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed
for cash.
(e) Should any elements of the Prize be changed, moved,
cancelled or not available for any unforeseen reason,
the Promoter takes no responsibility and the Prize
Winner will not be compensated.
(f) The Promoter reserves the right to amend the
Contesting Period at its absolute discretion; the
Promoter reserves the right to terminate the
Competition subject to any direction from a regulatory
authority.
(g) Prizes awarded are subject to availability and are at the
complete discretion of the Promoter.
(h) Entry to the event may be subject to the Presenter’s and
/ or Venue’s rules.
(i) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law,
The Promoter and its Sponsor (including the Sponsor’s
officers, employees and agents) are not liable to You in
respect of any Loss however it is caused (including,
without limitation, Loss arising from any Loss Event),
which You suffer or incur or which arises directly or
indirectly in respect of You accepting this offer of a
Prize, making arrangements to embark on any travel or
other elements or part comprising the Prize or
undertaking or participating in any part of the Prize,
including if the Loss is as a result of a failure or omission
on the part of the Promoter, or any service provider
involved in providing the Prize or any elements of the
Prize or any other person or entity.
(j) By entering this Competition, Entrants grant to the
Promoter and Mushroom Group a perpetual, nonexclusive,
royalty free licence to use the materials for
the purposes of conducting the Competition and for
marketing and promotional purposes.
