All applicable entrants for this promotion must purchase an international flight on the skiddoo.com.au website and pay using Visa Checkout during the promotional period. Any person who complies with these entry requirements will automatically go in the draw to win the promotional prize.
This promotion is open to all residents over the age of 18 who reside in Australia and who purchase any international flight on skiddoo.com.au and pay for it using Visa Checkout during the promotional period.
This promotion is a game of chance & the promoter has obtained all necessary permits for each state. Permit no.’s Vic Permit No. 15/892, NSW Permit No. LTPS/15/02680, SA Permit No. T15/764
The Promotion commences at 9.00am AEST, 1st of June 2015 and concludes at 5.00pm AEST on the 18th July 2015. This promotion is not in conjunction with any other promotion.
The prize for this promotion includes return economy flights from any Australian city to any European City for 2. $2,000 spending money for your European trip paid via a Visa Travel card, Uber pick up from your Australian place of residence to the value of AUD$75 each way (limited to cities and airports at which Uber operates), & Skiddoo Travel Insurance. The total value of the prize is $10,000.
The prize value, of $10,000 will be drawn on the 29th of July, 2015 at 11.00am AEST, at the Skiddoo Pty Ltd office, Level 9, 99 York Street Sydney 2000 and the winner will be notified via email by the 5th of August, 2015. The winner will also be published on skiddoo.com.au website for a minimum 28 days commencing July 30, 2015.
The Promoter may conduct such further draws a Skiddoo Pty Ltd as is necessary for any unclaimed prize after the judging date, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities.
Prize flight tickets must be booked no later than 11th December 2015
Departure date must be no later than 11th December 2016.
The flight tickets cannot be transferred to any other person or for cash, unless agreed by Skiddoo Pty Ltd.
The winner must book the flights via Skiddoo.com.au.
Employees and their immediate families of Skiddoo and their agencies and companies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step- grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The winner will be notified in writing by email by the email address they supply in the entry form.
Skiddoo shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be entitled to fees and penalties for reissues and cancellations once the ticket is issued.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the prizes and these Terms and Conditions, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
If any act or omission, event or circumstances occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which prevents the Promoter from complying with these conditions of entry, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this Promotion, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winner and disclose the entrant’s personal information to organisations that assist the Promoter with administering the Promotion and announcing the winner and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Promotion). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering into this Promotion, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes.
Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the Entry Statement submitted is their original literary work which does not infringe any rights of any third party. A breach of the warranty set out in this condition will result in the entrant’s entry being deemed invalid.
