WHO CAN ENTER?
This Promotion is open to Australian residents only aged 18 or over (Entrants). Employees or directors of the Promoter and the Promoter’s agencies associated with this Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
This Promotion commences at 12:01am AEDT on 30/11/2015 and entries close at 11:59pm AEDT on 2/2/2016 (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
purchase any NIVEA Sun Product (excluding NIVEA Lip Care Sun) (Eligible Purchase) from any participating IGA, Supa IGA, IGA Express, Foodland or Foodworks store. The purchase of more than one NIVEA Sun product at the same time will still qualify as one (1) Eligible Purchase;
retain their original itemised Eligible Purchase receipt;
visit www.niveasunpromo.com.au (Website);
follow the prompts on the Website to register their details (including full name, email and street address) as well as provide all the requested information, including receipt number, place of purchase and last six digits of the product barcode; and
submit their entry so that it is received no later than 11:59pm AEDT on 2/2/16.
PRIZE:
The prize is a trip to Byron Bay (Prize) supplied by Cream Marketing and Communications (Prize Supplier) for the Winner (as defined in clause 11) and the Winner’s Family. In these Terms and Conditions, the “Winner’s Family” means the Winner and his/her spouse or partner and up to two of their children aged 12 or under. If the Winner and his/her spouse or partner wishes to substitute one or two of their children who are over 13 and under 18 years of ages as members of the Winner’s Family to participate in the Prize, these children may participate in the Prize (Alternative Participants) but the additional costs of airfares and accommodation and other expenses they incur as compared to a child aged 12 or under must be borne by the Winner.
The Prize consists of (a) return economy airfares (including airfare taxes) for the Winner and Winner’s Family from the Winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Ballina Airport; and (b) five (5) nights’ accommodation for the Winner and Winner’s Family at Katz Luxury Accommodation at Byron Bay including return transfers between Ballina airport and Katz Luxury Accommodation at Byron Bay.
Flights, transfers and accommodation are subject to booking and availability. The Prize must be taken between the following dates and are subject to availability:
- 10/02/16 and 31/05/16; or
- 16/10/16 and 26/12/16; or
The Prize must be booked by 29/08/16 and completed by 31/03/17. All other costs associated with the Prize, including but not limited to additional costs and expenses for children aged 13 or over, any high season surcharges, additional transfer costs, meals, additional taxes, insurance and other ancillary costs are the Winner’s responsibility, as incurred. All members of the Winner’s Family, including any Alternative Participants, must depart and return at the same time. The Prize is subject to any additional terms and conditions specified by the Prize Supplier. Any person taking the trip who is aged under 18 years at the date of the trip stay must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The total prize pool value is up to $7,800.00 RRP, depending on the Winner’s nearest Australian capital city.
