WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is open to residents of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Australian Capital Territory and Tasmania, aged 18 years or older (Entrants) who in the event that their entry is drawn as the winning entry, are able to travel to and remain in California for six (6) nights during the period 1/12/2015 – 1/12/2016 (inclusive) in order to participate in the prize as set out in Condition 12 (Entrants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The promotion commences at 7:00am (AEST) on 31/8/2015 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 29/11/2015 (Promotional Period). HOW TO ENTER: To enter, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, complete an entry as follows: purchase any one (1) Garlo’s product from any store that stocks Garlo’s products (Eligible Purchase) and retain the Eligible Purchase’s product packaging, containing the product barcode (Barcode); and go to Garlo’s page on Facebook at facebook.com/GarlosPies (Promotional Page), access the promotional application made available on a tab on the Promotional Page (Application) and follow the prompts in the manner required to fully and correctly complete and successfully submit the online entry form on the Application, including providing the Entrant’s full name, date of birth, postcode of Entrant’s current residential address, contact phone number, current and valid email address and the Eligible Purchase’s Barcode; Multiple entries are permitted, however each Entrant may only submit one (1) entry per calendar day during the Promotional Period and each entry must be based on a separate Eligible Purchase, must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
