WHO CAN ENTER?
Participation in the Competition is only open to persons who are an Eligible Person (as defined below). An "Eligible Person" (an “Entrant”) is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia aged 13 years or older; (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (iii) is not an employee of Luna Park Sydney Pty Ltd, ABN 39 102 907 184, or its related companies; and (iv) is not a spouse, de‐facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of an excluded employee.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Entrant must read and consent to these Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Competition.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion starts at 10:00am on Saturday 26 December 2015 and ends at 6:00pm on Monday 1 February 2016 (the “Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To play, an Entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
a. Complete an Eligible Purchase at a Promotional Outlet; and
b. Register their Unique Code on the Promotional Website at www.comms.lunaparksydney.com.au/peanuts in the manner required in order to receive an entry into the Major Prize Draw.
There is one Major Prize available; a ‘Family Trip to Hong Kong for Four People’. Any Unique Code that is not registered as directed will be forfeited. No compensation will be payable if an Entrant is unable to register their Unique Code as stated for whatever reason. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
PRIZE:
There will be one (1) Major Prize awarded, consisting of a ‘Family Trip to Hong Kong for two adults and two children under 12’ valued at AU$8,760.00. The value of the Major Prize is correct as at 14 December 2015. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in the value of the prize.
The Hong Kong Holiday Prize includes:
a. Return flights from the nearest Australian Capital city to Hong Kong for two adults and two children under 12
b. Return airport/hotel transfers in Hong Kong
c. 3 night’s luxury hotel accommodation in central Hong Kong
d. Admission to Snoopy’s World theme park, including private transfers
e. Three‐course dinner and drinks at the Charlie Brown Caf�, up to the value of HK$250 per person
f. A Private one‐hour indoor baseball lesson for two adults and two children under 12 in central Hong Kong
