8: Entry Restrictions
(a) Entrants must be at least 15 years of age and if under
18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian 18 years of age or over while taking the Prize.
(b) Entrants must have a registered address in New South
Wales.
(c) Entrants must be able to take the Prize and attend the
preview screening of Hotel Transylvania 3: A Monster
Vacation on Saturday, 23 June 2018 at 1.15pm at Hoyts
Cinemas Entertainment Quarter, 260 Bent Street, Moore
Park NSW 2021. Entrants unavailable to attend will
forfeit their Entry.
9: How to Enter
During the Competition Period:
(a) Listeners will be invited via Station social network posts,
to visit the Station website and complete the online
Entry Form including by providing their contact details
and by stating in 25 words or less: ‘your funny family
holiday experience.’
(b) Each Entry submitted by the time specified by the
Station will be individually reviewed by representatives
of the Station. The Station will select the Entries it
deems to be are the ‘best’ from all valid Entries received
within the period specified.
10: Limitation on Entries
Entrants may submit as many Entries as they wish, however an
Entrant may only Win one (1) Prize. Each Entry must be
submitted via a separate online Entry Form and contain a
separate answer to the 25 words or less question, tell us: ‘your
funny family holiday experience.’

12: Judging Criteria Each valid Entry will be individually judged by representatives of
the Promoter based on, among other things, their creativity.
13: Prize Details
There are up to twenty-five (25) Prizes to be won for Entrants
with a registered address in New South Wales, as follows:
• A family pass i.e. four (4) tickets to attend the preview
screening of Hotel Transylvania 3: A Monster Vacation
on Saturday, 23 June 2018 at 1.15pm at Hoyts Cinemas
Entertainment Quarter, 260 Bent Street, Moore Park
NSW 2021, including small popcorn and a drink, valued
at up to $120.00 including GST

15: Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by:
• Via email
• Via telephone
16: Prize Claim and Delivery
Prizes must be claimed by Thursday, 21st June at 5.00pm AEST.
If the Winner does not claim the Prize by 5.00pm AEST on
Thursday, 21st June 2018, they will forfeit the Prize and another
Winner will be drawn.
The Promoter will contact the Winners with the contact details
the Winners registered with on the online Entry Form, to
arrange delivery of the Prize.
17: Special Conditions
(a) The Promoter is not responsible for changes to dates,
times or cancellation of events. No substitute Prize will
be provided in the instance where there are changes to
dates, times or cancellation of events.
(b) For the avoidance of doubt, travel or accommodation
are not included in the Prize and any travel or
accommodation needed to take the Prize will be at the
Prize Winner’s expense.
(c) By entering this Competition, Entrants grant to the
Promoter and Sony Pictures Releasing a perpetual, nonexclusive,
royalty free licence to use the materials for
the purposes of conducting the Competition and for
marketing and promotional purposes.
(d) Prizes may not be resold or offered for resale (including
via online auction or other resale sites) or used for
advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes
(including competitions and trade promotions) or to
enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a
Prize is sold or used in breach of this condition, the Prize
may be cancelled without a refund and the ticketholder
of the ticket may be refused admission.
(e) Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed
for cash.
