Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating Woolworths supermarkets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion opens on 01/03/2017 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEST on 30/04/2017 (“Promotional Period”).
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase, a specially marked participating Sistema drink bottle from any Woolworths supermarket nationally during the Promotional Period (“Eligible Purchase”). Participating Sistema drink bottles are black with yellow seals, will feature a promotional neck tag and include: ‘Wave Bottle’, ‘700ml Trio Bottle’, ‘800ml Tritan Active’ and ‘Gripper Bottle’ (each a “Participating Bottle”).
To enter, individuals must then undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:

    follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
    input the requested details including their full name, date of birth, full street address, valid email address and telephone contact number;
    confirm via tick box that they purchased the Participating Bottle at a Woolworth’s Supermarket
    enter the purchase receipt number and specially marked Sistema drink bottle barcode
    answer the question “Who your favourite character is out of Batman, Robin and Batgirl and why?” in 25 words or less;
    agree to the full terms and conditions; and
    submit the fully completed entry form.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Participating Bottle purchased; (b) each entry must be substantially unique; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, products purchased and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on relevance and creativity of the answer to the promotional question. The judging will commence on 01/05/2017 at Roadshow Films, Level 4, 235 Pyrmont Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. Winners will be notified by email. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win a trip for two (2) adults and two (2) children (12 years or under) to LEGOLAND® in California, Los Angeles valued at up to AU$30,000 depending on date and point of departure.  Prize includes:
Return economy airfares for two (2) adults and two (2) children from winner's nearest Australian capital city to California, Los Angeles;
Two (2) nights accommodation in a family room at LEGOLAND® Hotel;
Three (3) nights minimum 3 star accommodation in a family room in Los Angeles;
Breakfast for two (2) adults and two (2) children daily;
Ultimate VIP entry to LEGOLAND® (including admission to LEGOLAND® Waterpark) for two (2) adults and two (2) children for two (2) days.
A Six flags Magic Mountain One Day Pass for two (2) adults and two (2) children (with parking);
Self drive hire car with GPS for duration of holiday (5 nights).
Travel insurance.
Spending money, additional meals, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken between 04/05/2017 and 30/09/2017 and is subject to booking and flight availability. Prize cannot be taken during Australian and US school and national holidays, public holidays or other peak periods. Height and weight restrictions will apply to some rides at Six Flags Magic Mountain. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner (and his/her/their companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.
The winner and his/her companions will each be required to fully complete a travel insurance application form provided by the Promoter, and may also be required to undergo medical tests as required by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, in order to redeem the travel insurance element of the prize. Any person found guilty of insurance fraud or failure to honestly and accurately disclose all relevant insurance information at the time of applying for a travel insurance policy or when making a claim forfeits any rights or entitlements to the travel insurance element of the prize. Travel insurance will be provided by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, and subject to approval by the travel insurer. In the event that the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer refuses to issue insurance to the winners and/or companions, the winners forfeits that travel insurance element of the prize. Travel insurance is subject to the terms and conditions issued by the Promoter’s nominated travel insurer, including but not limited to any limitations on the covered amount.
Car hire prize is subject to standard rental conditions. Petrol and insurance is not included. The driver must have a current valid driver’s licence issued in an Australian State or Territory and meet any age requirements.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or suspend or modify a prize.
The next one thousand (1,000) valid entries, as determined by the judges, will each win four (4) movie tickets to see THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE valued at $84 in total. Each movie ticket is valid for redemption whilst THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE is screening and for one (1) session only. Tickets are redeemable at any cinema screening THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE. Tickets are valid even with “No Free Tickets” restriction, however are not valid on Tuesdays or cinema discount days, Saturdays after 5pm or Public Holidays. Tickets are not valid with any other offer. Tickets are not valid at Village Cinemas Gold Class, VMAX, Digital 3D or VPremium, Reading Gold Lounge, 3D, Premium or Titan XC, EVENT Cinemas special events, Gold Class, VMAX, & 3D, Greater Union + Birch Carroll & Coyle special events, Gold Class, VMAX, & 3D, HOYTS Xtremescreen, Digital 3D, HOYTS IMAX®, HOYTS LUX or Bean Bag Cinema, AMC Cinelounge, Dendy Premium. Tickets are not for re-sale. Seating subject to availability.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a movie ticket are not included. Redemption of a movie ticket is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the movie ticket.
If a winner of any prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
If for any reason a winner does not take or claim a prize (or an element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
If a prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
The total prize pool value is AU$114,000.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
Entrants agree that they are fully responsible for any materials they submit via the promotion including but not limited to comments, recordings and images (“Content”). The Promoter shall not be liable in any way for such Content to the full extent permitted by law. The Promoter may remove or decline to publish any Content without notice for any reason whatsoever. Entrants warrant and agree that:
    they will not submit any Content that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that the Promoter may deem in breach of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, defamatory, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, objectionable with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, not suitable for children aged under 15, or otherwise unsuitable for publication;
    their Content shall not contain viruses or cause injury or harm to any person or entity;
    they will obtain prior consent from any person or from the owner(s) of any property that appears in their Content;
    the Content is the original work of the entrant or they will obtain full prior consent from any person who has jointly created or has any rights in the Content to the uses contemplated by these Terms and Conditions, and the Content does not infringe the rights of any third party;
    they consent to any use of the Content which may otherwise infringe the Content creator’s/creators’ moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and warrant that they have the full authority to grant these rights; and
    they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation, those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems.
Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any breach of the above terms.
As a condition of entering this promotion, each entrant licenses and grants the Promoter, its affiliates and sub-licensees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display their entry (which shall include Content) for any purpose, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the competition website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia or any statutory consumer guarantees as provided under consumer protection laws in New Zealand (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use/redemption of a prize.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to the members of the Promoter’s corporate group (which may include but is not limited to Village Roadshow Limited and its subsidiary companies), third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at: http://roadshow.com.au/privacy-policy.  The Promoter (and its corporate group to whom entrants PI will be disclosed) will only use and disclose entrant’s PI in accordance with their respective privacy policies and, if applicable, collection statements. The Promoter (and its corporate groups) to whom personal information is disclosed may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding their products and services in accordance with their respective privacy policies and, if applicable, collection statements, including contacting entrants via any contact details provided by the entrant without further reference or compensation to the entrant, for an indefinite period or until the entrant opts out. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
The Promoter may also disclose PI to selected partners, if an entrant consents to such disclosure at the time of entry, who may use the information for their own marketing purposes. For details on how PI will be handled by such partners, entrants should view their privacy policy (which will be made available at the time of entry, where applicable).
