To enter, individuals must then undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period: (a) visit www.cenovis.com.au/designthemascot; (b) follow the prompts to the promotion entry page; (c) input the requested details including their contact details, the full purchase receipt and barcode numbers of the Cenovis product purchased; and (d) upload a copy of their design (designs created by hand must be scanned and uploaded). Uploaded files must be submitted in JPEG, GIF or PNG format and must not exceed 5MB file size and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period. It is a condition of entry that entrants agree to become a member of the Football Federation of Australia?s Football Family and acknowledge that Football Federation of Australia Limited (ABN 28 106 478 068) of Level 22, 1 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst, NSW 2010 (?FFA?) may add their personal information to their database, to be used in accordance with clause 33 below.
