How can one enter the promotion?To enter, participants must complete a web form with their name and email address, agree to the terms and conditions, and opt-in to be added to the Indigo Oscar mailing list. Only one entry per person is allowed, and no other method of entry will be accepted.
What are the details of the prizes?The prize consists of a 'Fiesta con Amigos' set menu shared dining experience for up to twenty (20) people at Indigo Oscar in the semi-private dining room, including the two (2) hour 'La Gran Vida' beverage package.
What is the total prize pool amount?The maximum total retail value of the prize is $2,900, inclusive of GST.
What are the conditions for claiming the prize?The prize must be used by the winner by 9:00pm on March 18, 2025. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used in one dining experience. Components of the prize are subject to availability.
How are winners selected?Winners will be selected at random via a number generator and contacted by email within seven (7) days of the draw. Winners must provide photo identification to verify eligibility.
What happens if the prize is not claimed?If a winner is unable to claim the prize or forfeits their right to it, the promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize up to a maximum of ten times. If the prize is not claimed after ten redraws, it will be forfeited three months from the date of the last redraw.
