Who can enter the competition?The competition is open to all Surfboard Empire and FireWire Surfboards customers in Australia who complete the required entry form details. Employees of Surfboard Empire, FireWire Surfboards, their affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
When does the competition close?The competition closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 17 October 2024.
How can one enter the competition?To enter the competition, participants must:
1. Visit the competition link provided by Surfboard Empire or FireWire Surfboards.
2. Complete the entry form with their full name, email address, postcode, phone number, and date of birth.
3. Agree to the terms and conditions and consent to join the Surfboard Empire and FireWire Surfboards databases.
Only one unique entry per participant is allowed.
What are the prizes for the competition?The winner will receive a prize package that includes:
- 1 x FireWire MachadoCado Surfboard
- FireWire fins
- FireWire Tailpad
- 2 x Surfboard Empire hats

What is the total prize pool value?The total prize pool value is $1,500 AUD.
How will the winner be selected and notified?The winner will be selected through a random draw on 18 October 2024 at 1:00 PM at the 3rd Rail Distribution Headquarters, 22/55 Ourimbah Road, Tweed Heads, NSW 2485. The winner will be notified via email from an official Surfboard Empire email address on the same day.
What happens if the prize is unclaimed?If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of the notification email being sent, the prize will lapse. A substitute winner will be selected in a redraw held on 18 November 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The new winner will be notified via email and announced on the Surfboard Empire Instagram (@surfboardempire) on the same day.
