Win a Fitbit Charge HR! - TERMS & CONDITIONS: 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. 2. Entry is free and open to Australian & New Zealand residents only. 3. The promotion commences at 5pm on 29th April 2016 (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time) and closes at 5pm Saturday 7th May 2016 (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time). To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must have liked Skechersausnz on Facebook, upload a photo of them and their Mum on their Facebook page, tag Skechersausnz, and hashtag #SkechersLovesMums – in order to be in the draw to win the pictured Fitbit Charge HR 4. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Promoter's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. 5. No employee of Accent Group or RCG is eligible to be a winner. 6. The winner will be selected at random on May 7 2016. The winners name and entry image will be published on the Skechers Facebook page on Mother’s Day, 8th May 2016. Winners will also be contacted via Facebook through direct message. Winners will receive their winning Fitbit by 20th May 2016. 7. In the event that the prize notification email/message is returned as undeliverable/not acknowledged/able to be sent such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries.
