Win a foodie holiday to Morocco, Italy or Mexico! - WHO CAN ENTER? Australian residents aged 18 years or over are eligible to enter this Promotion. Employees of the Promoter (or any related entity of the Promoter) and their Immediate Families are not eligible to enter this Promotion. Persons under the age of 18 may enter only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian. If such consent is not given, the entry will be deemed invalid and any prize forfeit for a redraw. HOW TO ENTER: By entering this Promotion, the entrant accepts these terms and conditions. A person may only enter this Promotion once and must enter this Promotion during the Promotion Period, being from 15 September 2014 at 12am AEST to 10 October 2014 11.59pm AEST. In order for the Promoter to notify the winners, the entrant must provide his or her full name and e-mail address. The Promoter may deem an incomplete entry invalid. To enter, entrants must vote online for their favourite dish at their favourite restaurant on eatnow.com.au. After a vote, the entrant automatically receives an entry into the draw. The restaurant with the most votes receives a $5,000 cash prize. PRIZES: Total prize pool will consist of 1 major prize (1 winner) and 10 runner up prizes (10 winners). The major prize is a foodie holiday to Morocco, Italy or Mexico (at the choice of the winner) and will include return economy international airfares for 2 adults (aged 18+) from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. The major prize includes either A. 11 days Casablanca to Marrakech (Morocco) with 10 nights accommodation in the budget or tourist class (2-3 stars) and 15 meals included; B. 9 days Rome to Venice (Italy) with 6 nights accommodation in the budget or tourist class (2-3 stars) and 12 meals included; or C. 8 days ex Mexico City (Mexico) with 7 nights accommodation in the budget or tourist class (2-3 stars) and 13 meals included. The prize pool of the major prize will be valued at up to $9,480. Travel must be taken using the prize before the 31 July 2015. The trip must be booked with Intrepid Travel and confirmed at least 60 days prior to departure. Preferred travel dates are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel. Spending money and all meals, along with any other inclusion not explicitly stated as in inclusion of the prize are all excluded. The runner up prizes will each consist of ten (10) $250 vouchers to be redeemed on eatnow.com.au, applied as a credit to a valid EatNow account by the winner and valid until 17 December 2014. If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute that prize with a prize that is equal in value or type subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
