HOW TO ENTER3.1 The competition dates for individual competitions are displayed athttp://www.australianmade.com.au/competitions/, (“Competition Period”).3.2 In order to enter the competition entrants must complete the form and activityoutlined at http://www.australianmade.com.au/competitions/.3.3 Entrants (including winners) in the competition may enter once only.3.4 Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain the prior permission of a parent orguardian over the age of 18 years before entering the competition.4. PRIZESEach prize winner will receive the corresponding prize package in order of draw as set outon http://www.australianmade.com.au/competitions/.4.1 Prizes are not redeemable for cash and will be forfeited if the winner is unable to claimthe prize within seven working days of notification. If for any reason the winner does nottake the prize or any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then theprize or any element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash. 4.2 In the event that a prize is forfeited after 7 days, Australian Made reserves the right tosubstitute the winner via a second draw. Australian Made will endeavour to contact theoriginal winner of the prize before completing a redraw.4.3 All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event thatany prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item ofequal or greater value. Any taxes (other than GST, if any) which may be payable as aconsequence of a winner receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winners.4.4 In participating in the competitions, the winners agree to participate and cooperate asrequired in all editorial activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited tobeing interviewed and photographed. The winners grant the promoter a perpetual and nonexclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and thewinners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.4.5 The first and last names of all prize winners will be published on the internet viawww.australianmade.com.au/competitions for a minimum period of 28 days.5. HOW TO WIN5.1 Each entrant who has entered the competition over the Competition Period andregistered all details in accordance with clause 3 will be entered into the prize draws. Alldraws will take place at Australian Made Campaign Ltd, Level 4, 111 Coventry Street,Southbank VIC 3006 at 10:00am on the day following the close date of the CompetitionPeriod.5.2 The prize winners will be notified by phone or email within seven days of the prizedraw.5.3 The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondenceregarding the result.6. NO LIABILITY6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents orsignificantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the competition on the datesand in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited tovandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war,act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition andrecommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State Legislation.6.2 Australian Made Campaign Ltd and its associated agencies and companies will take noresponsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.6.3 Australian Made Campaign Ltd and its associated agencies and companies will not beliable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited toconsequential loss) or claim that may occur: 6.3.1 during the draw; or6.3.2 in the participation in any prize; or6.3.3 as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail; or6.3.4 due to the publication of any material, including any statements made by any staffmember, journalist, other entrants or any other person; or6.3.5 arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephonenetwork or lines or mobile or internet communications network related to or resulting fromparticipation in this promotion; or6.3.6 due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.6.4 Australian Made Campaign Ltd and its affiliates assume no responsibility for any error,omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission; communicationsline failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, andreserves the right to take any action that may be available.6.5 If, for any reason, this competition is not capable of being conducted as planned,including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technicalfailures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect theadministration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, thePromoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tamperswith the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate,modify or suspend the competition, subject to State Legislation.
