Entry is restricted to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who operate a personal Twitter, Facebook and/or Instagram account (“Eligible Entrant”). Employees and the immediate family members of the Promoter, its associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. There is no limit to the number of times Eligible Entrants can enter the Promotion, but each entry must be substantially different. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The Promotion commences at 9.00AM Australian Eastern Standard Time (“AEST”) on Monday, 10 August 2015 and ends at 11.59PM AEST on Friday, 13 November 2015. (“Promotion Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To submit an eligible entry to the Promotion (“Eligible Entry”), an Eligible Entrant must take all of the following steps during the Promotion Period: a) book a scheduled service or required overnight warranty repair with a Ford Dealer; b) use a Ford Loan Car under the Ford Free Loan Car Program for the duration of the service or repair; c) upload a creative selfie of the Eligible Entrant with their Ford Loan Car, and the hashtag #fordloaner (the “Answer”) to one of the following social media channels; • Facebook (post on Ford Australia’s Facebook wall at www.facebook.com/FordAustralia); • Instagram; or • Twitter. Entrants who enter the Promotion via Instagram must ensure that their Instagram account is set to “public” and their Instagram profile contains sufficient details to adequately identify them. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the outcome. PRIZE: The prize is 12-month vehicle loan of a Ford Kuga Titanium (“Prize”), subject to the Prize Winner entering a vehicle loan agreement with the Promoter. The Promoter will in addition supply 12 months vehicle registration, third party insurance, and comprehensive insurance for the Prize. The maximum value of the total prize pool is $32,120 (This value is based on recommended retail prices, insurance based on an 18 year old first time driver and registration in the most expensive State/Territory and correct at time of printing.
