Doors Plus is on the hunt for the cutest performance of our classic 'Doors Plus No Fuss' jingle. All you need to do is upload a video of your child performing as well as a photo of your current front door for your chance to win. Prize includes a new front door valued up to $2000.
T&Cs Doors Plus No Fuss ‘Win a Door’ Competition
Conditions of entry:
1. Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these conditions of
entry. By entering, entrants accept these conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Doors Plus.
3. The promotional period begins at 10:00 am (AEDT) on Wednesday 24th May 2017
and concludes at 10:00am (AEDT) Thursday August 31st 2017.
4. This competition is a game of skill, not luck. The winner will be the entrant who has
the most creative video of their child performing the Doors Plus No Fuss Jingle. The
entry must be through the competition landing page by uploading the necessary
components along with your details. The entries will be judged on creativity and
that criteria alone. A judging panel, made up of senior representatives from Doors
Plus or its representing agency will judge the entries.
5. The winning major prize entrant will be awarded with the following prize: 1 x Front
Door valued up to $2000
6. The winning entrants will be notified via email by September 5th 2017. If the
winning entrant does not reply by Saturday 9:00am 30th September 2017, the prize
will be forfeited and alternate winner will be awarded.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the identification
of entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering
with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with
these conditions of entry.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any
telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers,
computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the
Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or
damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from
participation in or downloading of any materials in this promotion.
10.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,
technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which
corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of
this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify
any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the promotion.
11.All entries will be the property of the Promoter. Any personal information collected
will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Personal
information may be disclosed to contractors and agents assisting with this promotion
or to communicate with entrants. Entrants are able to obtain a copy of the Promoter’s
privacy policy by contacting the Promoter.
12.The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of Doors Plus. The Promoter is not
responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result
of the conduct of Doors Plus or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or
using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence
or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
