Employees of Transport for NSW (and their immediate family members), suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion or the Sydney Metro Northwest Project are ineligible to enter.
All entries must be submitted online by 5 pm AEST on Monday 28 September 2015.
Entrants must be sufficiently fit to be able to walk without assistance down and up 200 stairs in an enclosed steel structure.
20 randomly selected entrants who have correctly named the tunnel boring machine and submitted a complete online form (“Winners”) will be notified by phone or email. Decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. If Sydney Metro is unable to contact any of the 20 Winners within 24 hours of the selection date, then Sydney Metro is entitled to randomly select another entrant/s as a Winner.
Winners must be available on Friday 2 October 2015 between 8am and 1pm.
Winners are responsible for their own transport to and from the Community Information Centre at Castle Towers Shopping Centre, Castle Hill.
Winners are responsible for arriving at the time specified by Sydney Metro on the day of the event. Sydney Metro will not wait for Winners if they are late or do not turn up on the day.
Sydney Metro is not responsible should there be a delay or change to the event on the day or should the event be cancelled.
All Winners will be required to sign a form on the day of the event before accessing the construction “site” to cover any Thiess John Holland Dragados requirements that may be involved in the safety induction on the day. Sydney Metro reserves the right in its absolute discretion to refuse entry to the construction site.
Winners must at all times comply with all directions of Sydney Metro or its representatives when accessing the construction site.
To access the construction site, Winners are required to wear safety hard hat, safety glasses and boots. These will be issued on site.
To access the construction site, Winners are required to wear long pants and a long sleeve shirt/top on the day. These will not be issued on site.
Prizes are non-transferable. The entrant named on the entry form is the only person who may attend. Winners will be required to show personal identification on the day.
Sydney Metro reserves the right to change the date or time of or cancel the event in its absolute discretion. Should this occur, Sydney Metro will try to notify entrants via the contact details provided in the online entry forms.
