WHO CAN ENTER?

To be eligible to enter you must:
Reside in Australia and be over the age of 18 years.
Employees of Norfolk Island Tourism, their immediate families and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
Be able to travel between 30/01/2021 and 30/01/2022.
HOW TO ENTER
The competition period commences at 10:00am AEDT on 26/11/20 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 21/12/20 (competition period), and Norfolk Island Tourism reserves the right to extend the competition end date at any time (subject to regulatory approval, if required).
To enter the competition, you must submit an online entry by providing your details, and accept these Terms and Conditions where required on the competition landing page at http://norfolkisland.com.au/experiencenorfolk during the competition period.
The competition will be advertised via Norfolk Island Tourism email, Norfolk Island social channels and through relevant partnerships, and will include a link or instructions to the competition landing page.
Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram.
No late entries will be accepted.
The winner must be available to travel between 30/01/2021 and 30/01/2022
Once the entry is received, the entrant will be sent to a survey. If the entrant completes the survey, they will receive (10) ten more entries into the competition.
Eligible entrants may complete the survey once during the promotion only.
A limit of (1) one entry to the competition per person applies, with a maximum of (11) eleven entries per person accepted into the competition following the completion of the entry form and post entry survey.
SELECTION OF WINNER
1 (one) winner will be chosen by random draw which will take place at 10:00am AEDT at Greenroom Digital, 343 Ferrars Street, South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 3205 on 22/12/20.
The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of the draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.This is a game of chance.

UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
If the winner does not respond by 9am AEDT 22/03/21, the winner is not readily identified and reasonable efforts have been made by Greenroom Digital to identify the winner were unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and Greenroom Digital reserves the right to select another winner through a second chance draw.
If necessary, unclaimed prize draws will be held on 22/03/2021 at the same time and place as the first draw. The first valid entry drawn will win any unclaimed prizes.The unclaimed prize draw winner will be notified by email and/or telephone on the day of the draw.
The results of any unclaimed prize draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.

PROMOTION AND MARKETING
By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Norfolk Island Tourism may require without remuneration.
The winner also consents to the use and publication of their name and any other details provided by the winner in any marketing material without any further reference or payment to the winner.
