1. The Promoter is Hallow Brands Pty Ltd ATF Hallow Brands Trust (Kinnon) ABN 51 443 169 338, Made by Fressko ABN 44 112 649 438. The competition is 'KINNON x FRESSKO GIVEAWAY'.
2. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
3. By entering the 'KINNON x FRESSKO GIVEAWAY' competition, entrants accept the stated Terms & Conditions of Entry.
4. Entry to competition is open to all entrants globally; excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies.
5. Entrants must answer all competition questions and entries must be received by the Promoter by the close of business on the specified closing date.
6. Entrants agree that entry into this competition includes being added to Fressko and Kinnon's mailing list.
7. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
8. The competition will commence on Sunday 23 August 2020 at 12:00pm noon AEST and close on Sunday 30 August 2020 at 11:59pm AEST.
9. The competition winner will be randomly selected and drawn at 24/148 Chesterville Road Moorabbin at 10:00am on Tuesday 1 September and the winner will be announced via this page and notified on this day via email. They will also be announced via @kinnonaus and @madebyfressko_official Instagram accounts on the first competition post. If the winner does not wish to accept the prize they will need to inform us immediately and we will re-draw the prize.
10. The judges' decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The competition winner(s) will be selected at random.
12. Total retail prize value is $703.70 AUD and comprises of 1 x major prize valued at $578.75 AUD and 1 X bonus prize valued at $124.95 AUD. The major prize includes:

In addition to the major prize, one randomly selected person who follows both brands including @madebyfressko_official and @kinnonaus will win the bonus prize comprising of:

13. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner(s).
14. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
15. Prize winners are advised that tax or duty implications may arise from their prize winning and may wish to seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
16. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.
17. All prize winners agree to the use of their name for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prize from the date the winner is drawn. Prizes will be sent to delivery address provided by the winner(s). The Promoter and prize suppliers will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
