Win a Gin-Themed Prize Package for 2 - Be 18 years or over and register their details including name, postcode, phone number and email address. Incorrect or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. A photo ID (drivers’ license or passport) may be requested by participating businesses included in the gin itinerary to verify recipient’s age. The competition commences at 9am on Tuesday 7 January 2020 and closes at midnight on Sunday 2 February 2020. The competition is a game of chance, with the winners chosen at random. The winner will be notified on Monday 3 February 2020 and contacted via phone and/or email. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner. If the winner fails to respond to Macedon Ranges Shire Council’s email or phone call by 9am (AEST) on Monday 10 February 2020, the promoter will reserve the right to select an alternative winner. Prize winner must supply accommodation provider (Piper & Powlett) with a credit card number as security within five days of accepting the prize. If the winner fails to do so, we have the right to re-draw the prize and announce a new winner. The name of the winner will be published on the Macedon Ranges Naturally Cool Facebook page. Accommodation is for two people only on the night of Thursday 5 March 2020. This date cannot be changed. Check in is 2pm, check out is 11am. It is a no smoking property and does not allow pets. Gin tasting at Big Tree Distillery, martini masterclass at Animus Distillery and gin botanical foraging tour with Mountain Distilling are scheduled for fixed dates and times. These cannot be changed. Travel between venues is up to the winner to organise. Macedon Ranges Shire Council take no responsibility for the winners for the duration of their prize itinerary. Prize is fully transferrable.
