3. One entry per person per venue
4. Multiple entries (per person per venue) will be disqualified
5. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified
6. The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries
7. The winner will be contacted on April 19
8. The Judging Panel's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
