TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Instructions on how to enter and prize information form part of these Terms and Conditions. By submitting an entry to the Competition, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Perrigo Australia, and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. Participation in the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Orion Laboratories Pty Limited (ABN: 56 009 293 136) trading as Perrigo Australia of 25-29 Delawney St, Balcatta, Western Australia 6021, Australia (“Promoter”).
The Competition (“Competition”) is open only to residents of Australia who are age 18 years or older at time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, its respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, merchants involved with this Competition and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win.
The Competition is governed by Australian law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any term, condition or requirement is void where prohibited by law. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not improve your chance of winning.
The Competition is a game of chance which the Promoter is authorised to conduct under NSW Permit Number: LTPS/16/08215
The Competition closes on the date shown in these Terms and Conditions. Only the winner will be notified by email or mail and must respond in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or the prize will be forfeited and re-allocated.
Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid and void.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter the Competition, follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form (“Primary Entry”). One Primary Entry is permitted per person however you can earn an Additional Entry when you send the Competition page to a friend, age 18 years or older, by following the Additional Entry instructions on the screen (“Additional Entry”). The friend must enter the Competition through your referral in order for you to get an Additional Entry. Except as permitted for an Additional Entry, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. All entries must be received by November 16th 2016, 10:00PM AEDT (“Competition Entry Period”). Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Promoter’s privacy policy.
PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
Maximum ARV of the prize: $678. Prize includes: 1 GoPro Hero5 Action Video Camera. The prize can only be sent to, or received by, a winner with a current residential address in Australia. If the winner is unable to receive the prize then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner shall be selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions from among the remaining eligible entries for the prize. Prizes may not be transferred or assigned except by the Promoter. Transport to and from an event or venue and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.
ODDS:
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Competition Entry Period. Each entry has an equal chance of winning.

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about November 17th 2016, 11:00AM AEDT, by a representative from the Promoter whose decision is final. The winner will be notified by email and/or mail and, at the judge’s discretion, will be required to complete and return an email confirmation of prize acceptance and possibly an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”) within 7 days of notification, or an alternate winner shall be selected. The prize will be awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of the completed Affidavit/Release or prize notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if an Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable, or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or if he/she is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the prize will be forfeited and shall be awarded to an alternate winner. No prize substitutions are permitted except if the nominated prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded to the winner. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and is non-assignable and non-transferable except to a surviving spouse. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local sales and income taxes. Any other incidental expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission to use the winner’s name, prize details, residential suburb and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Limit: one prize per household. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Cash value of the prize cannot be redeemed. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this Competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize. Participating entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, and release, defend and hold harmless the Promoter and its affiliated companies, and all other companies and persons involved in this Competition, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use or misuse of the prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Competition or from use or redemption of the prize. Promoter is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Competition or in the announcement of the prize. Winner acknowledges that the Promoter and all other businesses concerned with this Competition and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant which the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Entry materials or data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Promoter is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or incomplete entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in the Competition. By participating in the Competition, you (i) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Competition. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Competition. Promoter reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any competition any person it believes has intentionally violated these Terms and Conditions and to cancel the Competition if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus, bot or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Competition) and to select a winner from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Competition or to alter any rules or terms or conditions of the Competition at any time without notice to the entrant. LAW & DISPUTES:
This Competition shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of NSW, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Competition shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Sydney, NSW, Australia, and in the English language.
PRIVACY:
Entry in the Competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use entrants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter. By entering your information, you are entering the Competition and signing up for the Herron newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the Herron newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the Promoter’s weekly email. All entries in the Competition become the property of the Promoter. The personal information collected from each entrant in the course of the Competition will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administration of the Competition and as otherwise permitted in accordance with Perrigo's Privacy Policy located at www.perrigo.com.au/privacy. The personal information will never be sold to anyone however the Promoter is permitted to disclose the information to third parties including the prize provider as required for the conduct of the Competition.
