Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged over 14 years (Entrants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
To enter the promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
a. download Instagram to their mobile device. Entrants who have previously downloaded Instagram to their mobile device will not be required to complete this step;
b. become a registered user of Instagram. Entrants who are already registered users of Instagram will not be required to complete this step;
c. ensure that their Instagram account is set to ‘public’;
d. post a photo on their Instagram account using the hash tag #fuelon;
e. describe in the photo description in 100 characters or less “What fuels you”; and
f. have their photo and description for the Promotional Round accepted as a valid entry, to be from date of acceptance up to and including the close date of the relevant Promotional Round. An entry is not complete and accepted until this step has occurred (each, an Entry).
Multiple entries are permitted however each Entrant may only be awarded a maximum of one (1) prize for each Promotional Round.
The two (2) Entries judged as being the best Entries based on creativity and exemplifying the 'Fuel On' proposition in Promotional Rounds 1-30 will each win one (1) Fuel On prize pack consisting of one (1) Go Pro HERO3 Black ADV camera with a 16GB SD card valued at $400.00 RRP. The one (1) Entry judged as being the best Entry based on creativity and exemplifying the ‘Fuel On’ proposition in Promotional Rounds 31-43 will win (1) Fuel On Prize pack consisting of one (1) Go Pro HERO3+ Black camera with a 16GB SD card and chest mount valued at $633.95. Additionally, all winning Entries in all Promotional Rounds (1-43) will each win the following Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Merchandise: Fuel On branded backpack, Fuel On branded hoodie, Fuel On branded cap, Fuel On branded drink bottle, Fuel On sticker, combined valued at $100.00 (together with Go Pro camera a Prize). Each Prize during rounds 1-30 is valued at $500.00. Each Prize during rounds 31-43 is valued at $700.71. Prizes will be awarded to the Entrant only and not to any friend(s) that may be featured in the Entry.
