WIN A GOURMET DELIGHTS HAMPER
COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. USER AGREEMENT
By entering the competition, you are deemed to have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and
to have agreed to be bound by them.
2. ENTRANTS ELIGIBILITY
By entering, you accept these Terms and warrant that you are:
(a) Thirteen (13) years of age, or above; and
(b) Providing a valid email address (and phone number if requested)
(c) Agreeing to join the Winning Tastes mailing list
3. UNAUTHORISED USE OF THE COMPETITION
An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the promoter and any
person associated with the competition, and any organisation or individual associated with the provision of
the prize(s), are not eligible to enter.
4. PRIZE VALUE
There is one major prize consisting of a Winning Tastes Gourmet Delights Hamper.
Total prize pool valued at up to $100.
No component of the prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event that any of the prizes
become unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater
value as the original prize, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable
legislation.
5. LENGTH OF THE COMPETITION
The competition will run from 10am on Friday 1 December until 10am on Monday 11 December. The
winner will be drawn and contacted by 5pm on Monday 11 December.
6. THE ENTRY PROCESS
Participants will be entered into the competition upon signing up to the Winning Tastes e-newsletter by
filling in all required details on the entry form provided at https://winningtastes.com.au/news/win-a-gourmetdelights-hamper/.
By entering the competition participants agree to receive news and updates from
Winning Tastes.
The winner will be selected by random draw on Monday 11 December. If the winner does not respond to
the email and/or phone call within 48 hours, RASV reserves the right to draw a new winner from the pool of
entrants.
Details of prize redemption will be provided once contact has been made with the winner.
