GRAVOX TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition is free and constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no role in the determination of the winner. All valid entries received during the Competition Period will be
judged on their merit and the entry judged the best will win a prize.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents 18 years and over. However employees (and their immediate families) of the promotor and agencies associated
with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The competition commences at 11.00am AEST on 16th January 2015 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 26th January 2015.
4. To enter participants must:
a)  Visit www.facebook.com/Gravox.
b) Visit the competition tab and answer the following question. “Which is your favourite pie flavour and why”.
d) Register to be entered into the draw by completing your details, including: full name, email address, year of birth, gender and postcode.
5. Entry into the competition is limited to one (1) entry per eligible entrant. Incomplete and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.
7. Eligible Entrants must comply with all Facebook terms of use and the House Rules of the Promoter’s Facebook page. The Promoter
reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry and reserves the right to disqualify any entry that fails to comply with these
terms and conditions; or any entrant who tampers with the entry process in any way.
8. Major prize: There will be one (1) winner. The winning entry will receive:

 1 x 160g Gravox Premium Chargrilled Beef Liquid Gravy
2X 160g Gravox Premium Roast Chicken & Roasted Garlic Liquid Gravy
2 x 160g Gravox Premium Creamy English & Wholegrain Mustard Liquid Finishing Sauce
 1 x 120g Gravox Brown Onion Canister
9. The prize cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. If any component of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or any part of it for a prize
of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
11. Once prizes have left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
13. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s
 requirements. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or
consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which
 cannot be excluded by law.
14. By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to provide the promoter with a perpetual royalty-free licence to use and reproduce the
 content of their entry, including their user name and image in any way including but not limited to the
Gravox Facebook page (www.facebook.com/Gravox) and Gravox websites. All entries will be entered into a database and the promoter may use
the entrant’s names and email addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without notice and without any
 fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. By entering the competition entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for
 this purpose. . By entering the competition, entrants also confirm they allow  the promoter to  contact them for  permission to participate  in
 market research or to be sent new products to try. If entrants no longer consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes,
the entrant should contact the Promoter on their details set out below. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to The Promoter.
15. The prize must be claimed by the winner within 14 days of the Promoter announcing the competition results at www.facebook.com/gravox .
 In the event that a winner fails to claim their prize by responding to the Promoter’s post the prize will be forfeited and the entry judged to be the next best will be offered the prize.
16. Prize will only be delivered within Australia and the winner should allow 28 days from the date they claim their prize for its delivery.
